Our stuff took 2 weeks to get here instead of the 1 week that was advised. The ride must have been pretty rough, we had a cabinet bungeed to the wall and both doors still managed to snap completely off, amongst other broken items. Not one …
The worst packers and movers agency i have ever booked. they dont discuss the customer requirments clearly and when they comes for pickup they will say that i will not pack and load. Cancelled the booking with upack yesterday.Worst company.
I spoke with a woman by the name of Lauren and she was without a doubt the rudest person I have ever spoken to. I'll just leave it at that.

In their own words
Been nervous since it was my first move but U-Pack held my hand and walked through the end-to-end process. They offered great price over the call and offered the guaranteed delivery. They were on time and the move plan was detailed enough. Had a few hiccups of course with the ramp not so good for loading but they offered the discount to compensate. Highly recommended.
Move was smooth, got a great deal with shared container. Trailer was on time , nothing damaged. The bulk head was not great, it was broken with sharp edges. We were prepared with gloves or it would have hurt our hands. Please take care of the bulk heads. Rest of it was fine.
U-Pack was amazing since the beginning. Very good price, drivers are so understanding and willing to help in every situation. Claim process for 1 piece of furniture that was damaged was easy, quick and nice. I can't say how much I liked the experience. Thank you.
