Some of the help has sticky fingers and helps themselves to whatever food you have in the house and left wrappers on closets and boxes all over the house. One took a very sentimental bracelet that my Mom gave me before she passed away. Took my good comforters and used them as moving blankets without asking we loading empty things into the pods. The Pods people were great. These people were a nightmare. Then denied all of the above. I would give them no stars if that was a choice.
Nobody had sticky fingers ....at first you stated we took your mom's ashes, then you found them. I am sure you will find your bracelet when you unpack and unload. I did get back to you Paula, but don't like talking to people that are too … More
Unreliable, set up appointment, I pushed one time, they said no problem. He called in the morning, and than said he would call to confirm they were coming later in the day. I called and the lady said she couldn't get a hold of anyone. I waited and no call. They than said guys already left and would be rescheduled, that never happened. I called again 2 days later and was told to bad sine they were coming back in the area go find someone else. Not reliable l, not helpful.
I'll take things that never happened for $100

Just moved to the city a couple days ago. Now that I am settled into my new place, I NEEDED to take the time to rave about these guys. We pulled up to our new apartment with a 26 ft truck and 3 flights of stairs to climb with everything we owned and these guys knocked it out in no time. Talk about one of the smoothest moves I've ever had. The team was super friendly and easy going and were careful but efficient with every bit of our furniture and boxes.

John and his team were so incredible during our urgent multi-town move. On very short notice, they arrived early and stayed far later than scheduled to make sure the job was done right. They were kind, incredibly patient and very understanding during the chaos of moving. Overall so efficient and we truly would not have been able to get it done without their reliability. I rarely make reviews but wanted to make sure to let anyone know they are in great hands if they hire this team. Very grateful for them

Had my move today (7/1). I couldn't give enough praises for the team! Friendly, professional, efficient,. They quoted 3 hours and completed in 3 hrs. No items were broken, no walls scratched, nothing dropped. This company was so much cheaper than the other moving companies so it was worth renting our own truck. Huge thank you for the team that assisted us today!!!! I also used Metro for my March 2026 move - same level of service - nothing broken - very friendly and experienced team members.
John and his team of professional movers completed my move this past Saturday with excellent results. The entire process from scheduling through completion was prompt, honest and professional. He and his team handled all my home items with great care and were loaded safely and secured in the box truck. I would highly recommend Metro Loading Services to any one needing moving services and will use them again when the need arises!
