In their own words
I had a move planned for mid-January and everything that could go wrong with other companies (new furniture, new mattress, the apartment itself) did--but Phoenix Pro Movers was amazing. Rashamell texted me before they arrived and he and his coworkers were right on time and worked efficiently. Not only was everything done quickly, but every single piece of furniture was in perfect condition when it arrived at the new place.
Kathryn, thank you for the wonderful review. I’m so glad Rashamell and his crew were on time, worked efficiently, and took such careful care with your hand-painted chest passed down from your grandmother—hearing it arrived in perfect … More
Phoenix Pro Movers team of Sal, Carl and Rashamell impressed me with with their professionalism and extreme care exhibited with my move. They actually repaired damage to a couple of pieces of furniture damaged years ago. Their focus on outstanding service was clearly evident. I have another move planned in early Spring and Phoenix Pro Movers will definitely be my moving Company.

Great experience! Josh and Justin were with us from packing to unloading with an out of state move. Both were extremely accommodating, dependable and service oriented. The other packers - Peter, Hunter, Baptiste and Justin were also professional and very careful with our household goods. Would hire this company again and strongly recommend.
Hi Jen thank you for the review. That was a large move crossing multiple states. Glad to hear that everything went well. We work hard to achieve that for our customers. Best of luck in your new state and Merry Christmas / Happy Holidays!
Very professional gentlemen, with the right equipment for our baby grand piano, carefully loaded and moved our heirloom across two states. They were in regular contact through the process, stayed on their timeline, and all at a competitive rate. Thank you, Pro Movers!
Thank you, Dick. We’re glad the crew had the right equipment and communication for your baby grand, and that we stayed on schedule moving your heirloom across two states. We appreciate you choosing Big Ben’s Moving & Storage and for the kind words about our team and pricing.
