In their own words
The guy in charge uses day labourers who don’t know anything about moving - just hired muscle to move things from one place to another, not handling them properly. Then he’ll push you to give him a 5 star review when it’s all finished. I used him 3 months ago and he was very unprofessional about payment! Quickly used calculator without letting me see to determine price.
Hi Craig, 🛑 We're sorry to hear your interpretation of the move, though it doesn't reflect our usual standards or the consistent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ feedback we receive from satisfied clients across Toronto and the GTA.
Used them twice. The first time good price and reasonable job. The second time, different crew: dropped a box of wine bottles, try to hide it, dragged a real leather couch on concrete causing permanent gauges and months later discovered they either forgot or lost a couple of boxes. Owner wouldn’t do anything. I would never use this company again. Stay away.
Hi Pete, Thank you for your feedback. At Best Way To Move Ltd., proudly serving Toronto and the GTA 🏙️, we take all concerns seriously — but we must correct some inaccuracies. 📦 None of these claims were reported to us at the time of the actual move.

Thank you very much, Brent!
I called. Needed to move machine shop materials. Small personal shop. From point A to point B. Simple job. Got a call back. Verbatim: “Why are you calling me. I don’t accept solicitors”. “I’m not here to buy from you.” I explained the point of my call is an A to B moving request for his services And I’m not trying to sell to you. He said “ I don’t accept solicitors and I’m not buying from you”. I explained” I need furniture moved from point A to B”. He said “Best of Luck”. And hung up on me.
Thank you for sharing your experience, Mark. Because spam and scam calls have reached epidemic proportions, cellular carriers now place warning labels such as “Likely Spam” on certain incoming calls.
What an unbelievable PROFESSIONAL GREAT experience from BEST WAY TO MOVE Ltd! Sergio and his Team are the best in the business. Mike came with his helpers 15 minutes early to study the job and asked questions on which items I’ll be moving first from storage. The moved a 4500 sq ft house into a storage unit. Nicely packed and wrapped on critical items. No damage anywhere and took special care around corners and in difficult spots. I highly recommend BEST WAY TO MOVE Ltd for all your moving needs.
Thank you so much for the amazing review, Vince! We’re proud to be your trusted choice for professional movers in Toronto. Handling large moves with precision and care is what Best Way To Move Ltd. is known for, and it’s great to hear that Sergio, Mike, and the team exceeded your expectations.
