BestPrice Movers Tampa Bay

Held my furniture for 33 days. Boxes were smashed and full of sawdust and bugs. King bed hardware was in one of my boxes so they couldn’t set it up, I had to spend the day trying to do it myself. Pick up driver said I was way over, had to Venmo $1500 personally to driver. Drop off driver was rude and wouldn’t take anything off the truck till I signed and paid. Total bait and switch, total rip off!!!! Can’t trust reviews, obviously they are all fake!!!

Overall experience I give a 2. We got a prompt response on a quote and the movers arrived on time however, the process could have been more honest. We were quoted $450 on the phone and a $99 deposit was required to reserve the moving date. The quote was for 4 hours. We used a CC to reserve the date and ask if when paying the total, will it be removed? We were told yes. Upon completion, the foreman called his so called manager and quoted the total at $460.

We used BestPrice for our move from our rented townhome to our forever home. When I was quoted a price, the quote included 3 movers but only 2 movers showed up. The movers themselves had no idea why this occurred and I was unable to get in touch with the owner/manager. I was annoyed, as I wanted this move to be done as quickly as possible, but they made due. Then, while they were moving our bed, they broke one of the light sconces in the townhome.

Let me start by saying their price for moving is reasonable which is the main reason we hired them. However, the three movers we had this past Saturday were not the most professional. First, they arrived 2 hours earlier than expected which wasn't bad, but we were still getting things prepared, so it caused us to have to rush. Two of them complained about how much stuff we had even though we gave inventory beforehand.

Moved within St. Pete and found that the movers stole or broke several high value items, including televisions, my brand new VR headset, bedding, patio furniture and more. Upon filing a replacement request with Best Price Movers, they made it EXTREMELY difficult and lengthy for no reason. Do NOT give these people a dime. This has now cost me over $3,000 to move from North to South within the same city.

The actual movers were wonderful- courteous efficient and fast. Wish I could have hired them directly. Best Price doesn’t communicate. They are a broker and take no responsibility toward the move. Very disappointed.

On February 1, I used the company Best Price Movers to make my move to a new address. I want you, if you plan to move, not to use that company because it is the worst in the city. They have the worst customer service, Natalie Brooks never respond to emails or call back. Dont expect to receive a contact with her because is impossible communicate with her, and she is the customer service. On the day of the move they sent two people, one was the driver and the second person was the helper.

I have moved several times in my life. Usually, everything happens as contracted. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I believe the owner of Best Price Movers is Assi. He contracted the packing of a truck for our move out to three young men who don't even work for his company, (without informing me that I was not actually using Best Price Movers' movers) showed up with no moving equipment, not even a dolly.
