In their own words
They showed up late without any communication. I was quoted for a 8hr move. It took them just over 11hrs. An hour of that was them stopping at a store "to get some water" and we were told they wouldn't charge for that but they did. They sent 3 men. One of them disappeared to the bathroom multiple times for 10-20mins and sat down/ stopped working several times. Another guy complained about feeling dizzy. They put a hole in our drywall.

I had an excellent experience with this moving company. Josh and Jayden arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, and handled all of my belongings with the utmost care. They worked efficiently while still making sure everything was protected and transported safely. Moving can be stressful, but they made the process so much easier. I could not recommend this company – and Josh and Jayden – more highly! I was still more than satisfied with Andrew and Michael!

After living in my 2 bedroom apartment for 8 years it was time to move back in with my daughter. I'm 70 years of age and the move was overwhelming me. So I found BustNMoves and called them. I got a very reasonable quote and scheduled the day. Abood and Ronald were on time and went straight to work. They were dealing a grandma who collects lots of small chatchkis and other useless old lady things. Abood carefully wrapped them and packed them. And Ronald was just as busy.

Mike and Michael moved out 2 storage units for me yesterday and unloaded all that into a new apartment. They were both very pleasant and professional! They came on time and prepared, all wood furniture and delicate items were wrapped in moving blankets. A matt was laid on the floor to prevent have the carpet trashed. They helped me set up some furniture that I would not have been able to do by myself. These 2 men went above and beyond expectations....
