They will break your belongs and not repair. They cracked a mirror. Took a massive chunk out of my footboard broke the leg to the mirror that attaches to my dresser. Bedroom suite was hardly a year old. Also they will add charges to your move not disclosed in the contract.

THEIR RESPONSE BELOW: NOONE HAS EVER REACHED OUT TO US YET AS THEY STATED IN THEIR RESPONSE. They BURNED US BAD!!! THEY DOUBLED THE COST AT THE END FROM THE INITIAL QUOTE FOR THE EXACT ITEMS!! We started with a 5* UNTIL. We tipped all 3 movers, enjoyed them & the frontline sales person getting the order. THEN: we asked how did they determine weight when $300.00 worth of broken items, no answer. They offered a "courtesy" refund, not initially at all, what work we were put thru.

Horrible experience....they came yesterday April 30, 2025.....I thought they were doing ok at first. ...but when they left, they left me behind and as I looked through the house....the guy with the yellow shirt did not pack some things that I earlier had found that they left behind....He just ignored my instructions...He did not even pack up the second bathroom's items that I had already left on the bathroom counter top.....he deliberately left some towels behind in my linen closet in the bathroom after I…

Pictures are worth a thousand words. This is only a few pictures of the damage. To settle with Eric in the claims department has been more than difficult.
Alicia, we are sorry this situation has remained unresolved, as our office has made multiple attempts to work with you directly regarding the concerns reported after the move. Since the claim was opened, we attempted several times to schedule opportunities to come out, inspect the reported damages…

Very good job done by BF movers! I've never used movers before personally, and they set the bar high! They arrived right on time, and after introducing us they laid out a plan and got to work. Jeremiah, Jermaine, and Tygus were extremely quick, and treated our furniture like it was their own, taking time to wrap everything in blankets and moving everything with great care. They were polite and courteous, and very professional. All of this for a reasonable price too!
