My husband recently moved from Pensacola to Texas and recieved his delivery this past week. We recieved broken furniture and missing items including instruments and memorable items totaling $4000. We are extremely disappointed with the way everything has been handled including the delay in delivery and the little communication we have received. To say the least this is a company contracted by the military and this is how service members are treated.
NEVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE. Got transferred for work and was assigned to this company. I’ve moved over 25 times and this was the worst experience i’ve ever had. Our very expensive tables are broken, scratched, and have large dents. When they opened the truck we saw that everything was literally thrown in there and not organized. All of our furniture was supposed to come in one day and they didn’t tell us we wouldn’t even have beds to sleep in because they decided to make it a 3 day moving process.
We had Brianna, Tumicka Jones and Audrey Baker pack our stuff today and they did a fantastic job. Their teamwork was impressive and they got the job done so quickly all while being super friendly and courteous. The care they took in packing our stuff correctly really eased my moving anxiety. I highly recommend this company, we have never received better service. The packers were great, the movers were terrible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE IF YOU LIVE IN PENSACOLA!!!!! unless you hate all of your stuff and are trying to get rid of it. five out of the six boxes of my kitchen items I sent with them are "missing." the one box I did receive, everything in it is broken and the box is destroyed as if it was (Probably) tossed on the ground somewhere.
Terrible experience, while the transportation flow was okay, the packers they used were horrible, everything was scratched up, 4 broken TVs, broken dishes, lamps, etc.. what is even worse they packed EMPTY boxes for no reason at all. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVOID. And to insult they charged me an extra 600 to change trucks, even though a 53' did fit in the complex as tested by another truck later that day. AVOID.
The worst company I've dealt with during my multiple moves. The employees were nice when they finally showed up, but day 1 was supposed to be a 0900 show time, they didn't show up until 1300. This caused us to turn a 1-day unload and unpack into a 2-day. They were supposed to show up 0900 the second day, they didn't show up until 1500. I unpacked 90% of my own boxes and all they did was waste my time.
Broke and/or damaged 7 furniture items including my dresser and lost some of my items including the screws to my bed and a tv. Also, packed bathroom items with kitchen items. Boxes were unlabeled and crushed and I had no idea where anything went once delivered. I have never experienced such unprofessional and incompetent movers until Coleman.
Absolutely terrible experience. Furniture was delivered damaged and broken. Some furniture is damaged beyond repair. We are currently missing a large amount of our belongings, including furniture, and the company will not respond to us. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Great company start to finish. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very responsive and meticulous with followup and details. Workers were on time and during the move they were methodical and very careful with our furniture and property. Used them on multiple occasions and is our go-to for any office moves. Highly recommend.

Coleman Worldwide Moving - Pensacola is an excellent moving company. I relocate almost every two years and they are by far the best in the business! My first interaction was with Mr. Jack Jacobs! He was outstanding, courteous, and professional. If it were not for his professionalism, I would have missed out on the opportunity to work with Akeem, Charles, Steven, and Michelle Norris! They were equally prompt, courteous and outstanding as well. I relocated from Pensacola to California.

From the first meeting with the Coleman Allied representative, Jack Jacobs, through to the pickup of my things this week, everything went smoothly. Mr. Jacobs, is very professional and friendly, made two home visits and also answered many questions by phone, text and email. I was thoroughly briefed by him and also Michelle Norris, the scheduler, so that I knew exactly what to expect.On the pickup day a huge truck arrived on time, as I'm making a cross country move.

After the death of our dad this June, we found ourselves having to make a very hasty move to another state to take care of our aging, vision impaired mother. Our daughter could come and stay with her but only for a week. We booked with an online moving service that turned out to be a broker not a major mover. They made promises to pick up and deliver they did not keep. We were in a time crunch and the people at Allied in Pensacola came to our rescue.
