The only thing that's professional about this company is this web page! The good reviews come from the employees or friends, not real customers. When y'all showed up to handle the move, nobody knew what the other one was even doing. It WASN'T professional, more like your friends cousin you found at a bar the night before. We talked to a lady one week. She had everything presented to us and reassured us we'd be taken care of. Very professional.
Chris Columbus? We don't even know who you are. We have no record of a Chris Columbus in our records. We tried to find your profile and there isn't one on any platform. So the only reasonable assumption is that this is a spoof account.
I would not use this moving company!! We just had them move our furniture from NC to Pensacola and it was by far the worst move we have ever had. I would think twice before I would use this company again. They are nothing but trash😡😡 …

Mr. Spencer and his crew are the best moving crew around. And trust me I have used a lot of moving companies over the years. They arrived on time, were very friendly and even had everything i would need. They were very cautious about our priceless antiques. They made sure everything was protected and packed right. They handled everything like it was their own. Everything made it safe and without a scratch. I am so thankful for Spencer's Moving company.

I was so pleased with this company from the first time I called. Cindy was pleasant and always responsive and accommodating when we needed to rearrange days of the move. The 2 gentleman that came to move my mom were efficient and and thorough. They didn’t waste time to bill us for more hours and that was appreciated. They went over charges for packing materials before using them. I was so very pleased from start to finish.

I really put them to work with my moving. It was only a bed but it was a lot of work. He was so nice and patient. Very polite and understanding. I cannot recommend them enough. Very reasonable price and fast too. Thank you so much for making it so much easier on me.

On vacation from Texas to destin Florida and my SUV over heated to the point where it stayed in the middle of an Intersection. I got out checked it, but didn’t really know what was wrong and Mr. Spencer pulled up next to me and asked if I needed help with his assistant lory. I asked if he knew about cars and he replied I know a lot (with a smile on his face) they helped me push the suv to the side of the road onto grass then got some water to cool the suv down.
