I originally had another moving company scheduled to move me but they canceled the day before I was supposed to move. The other company gave me Rowe's phone number and I was happy that Rowe's said they could move me the next day (the day I was supposed to move). They showed up and the moving guys didn't seem like they had much experience moving furniture. They were kind of slow and they didn't take good care of my stuff. They put my electronics on the floor in a pile.

Great moving company to use for moving but not a good place to work very unorganized and unprofessional to employees the owner Ira Rowe has no trust for employees only works the ones he been knowing .. i love moving and i loved the customers, we moved some outstanding people . For future people looking for work Rowe's moving is not whats up . Yea he starts ya off 17 an hr yea sounds good right but he finds a way not to get u 40 hrs a week even when there is work .

Was given a quote to move a 2 BR, 2 bath apartment. I was quoated1 truck and 3 men for 3 hours to move me across town. I didn't think they could move my things in 3 hours. When they arrived for the move they told me they would not be able to pad my furniture because they wouldn't be able to and complete move in 3 Hours. I already paid 8i5.00$ for the 3 hours. It was impossible to be done in 3 hours and drive 40 minutes to new address. I told them to leave, I was so upset with the rush to move me.
they moved me and my boyfriend in to our new apartment on august 11 after shopping around we decided to go with rowes after be recomended and having such a high rating on google only to have the most unprofessonial move i have ever had in my life. for starters they didnt wrap any of my belongings they showed up looking like they just rolled out of bed, they took forever with my move with what should have been maybe a 4 hour job turned in to 8 hours.
Very disappointed in the planning process. The movers on site were courteous and hustled but they did not have the experience needed for the job. Three men were sent to do the job that 5 should have done. Only 2 men at a time could move the furniture using the shoulder dolly and the process doubled the time the job should have taken. The management team did not plan properly nor staff the job appropriately. The job started at 8:45am and was not completed until midnight.
Of all people y’all should know you can’t drive the entire time in the left lane! Y’all’s moving truck was heading west on interstate 10 for several miles with very little traffic in the outside lane around 9:30-10a on 8/20. Your truck was holding up traffic. Y’all need to train your drivers better!
The workers were super. They were here for under 80 minutes but told us that they had to bill for at least two hours. Additionally there was some other charge. We wound up paying well over 400 bucks. Being expensive isn’t the worst thing in the world. 😊- again, the workers were super. …

We interviewed 5 different moving companies and ROWE’S MOVING gave us the most reasonable price, in the timeframe we needed, to the location we needed - 400 miles away. On day of moving LELAND and his team AJ, JEFF and ANTHONY came in and promptly went to work. They were incredibly kind, caring, professional and hard workers. We had all kinds of artwork, furniture, boxes galore and they filled the trucks beautifully. Nothing phased them to pack.
We had an incredible experience with Rowe’s Moving during our recent move from New Orleans, LA to Pensacola, FL, and we can’t recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make our long-distance move smooth and stress-free. Allison got back to me right away with a quote and everybody I spoke to in the office was kind and professional. We received an offer on our home in New Orleans and had to be out within 10 days.

We had another outstanding experience with our moving company when it came time to unload and unpack at our new home. Our team—Brayden, Nate, Jesse, Gary, and team lead Troy—did a fantastic job from beginning to end. After a move, arriving at a new house surrounded by boxes and furniture can feel overwhelming, but this team made the entire process so much easier. They were organized, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking.

Rowe's has been wonderful to coordinate with and has provided extremely personal and trustworthy service with our move-out and move-in. We had a long distance move from Palm Beach Gardens to Pensacola, and I felt confident that Rowe's would handle everything well - which they did. The office staff (Ciara and Savannah and Allison and Mason and Mitch) were all very accommodating and responsive.
