In their own words
Never felt more ripped off. 11 hrs for a 3br house one level to storage unit 1st floor. 95% was packed in boxes before team arrived. Promised services they could not provide and acted like they did me a favor by doing what they said they would to get the job. Broken dished and scratched furniture. I was bamboozled and will never use or recommend to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would.
Hello Don, I am very surprised to read this review. We went above and beyond to accommodate your move. This was two full truckloads going to a mini-storage with a long carry. We arrived on time on a Sunday at no additional charge, brought out additional equipment to move a large piece of equipment…
Please do not hire these people. I paid the deposit, and they never showed up. I called the owner, and he kept telling me to be patient, that the movers would be there. I finally had to call Good Greek Moving Company at 5 pm to help us move our stuff. Bad experience.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

These folks saved the day! I was in a bind and needed a last-minute move. I called them and they found me an opening, and kept me informed every step of the way. The moving crew was prompt, polite, efficient, and very careful with my belongings. They got everything into a third floor apartment with no damage! Prices were incredibly reasonable, and they made it so easy. Will definitely use them again for my next move.
Thank you so much for the amazing review, Kristin! We’re glad we could step in when you needed help and make your last-minute move smooth and stress-free. It’s great to hear the crew was prompt, polite, and careful every step of the way.
The gentlemen that came to help us move did an amazing job. They showed up on time and absolutely worked as hard as possible. They loaded up all our belongings and unloaded and staged everything at the new place in 3 hours. I could not be more happy with how well everything went. Big Ant Moving provided exceptional service at a fair rate. 10/10 would use their services again.
Thank you for sharing your experience, Tim! We're delighted to hear that our team provided exceptional service and made your move efficient and stress-free. Completing everything in just three hours is impressive! Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we appreciate your kind words.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it. John August and Xavier at Big Ant Moving Services delivered beyond anything I could have hoped for. From the very first phone call, they set the tone with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question patiently, and made the entire process feel simple and stress-free.
Hi, Jenny! Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review—especially since you don’t usually write them. We’re glad John August and Xavier made the entire process feel simple and stress-free from the first call to moving day, with clear communication, transparent pricing, and no…
Big Ant Moving Company – Truly Top-Notch! I cannot say enough great things about Big Ant Moving Company. From start to finish, they delivered the best moving experience I’ve ever had. My first interaction was with David, the grandfather and salesman—and truly the best salesman I’ve ever met. He promised me this would be the smoothest move I’d ever had, and he was 100% accurate. He made me feel like I was his number one customer from the moment we spoke.
Hi, Sandra! Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re glad to hear that David provided the reassurance you needed from the start and that the entire crew handled every challenge with professionalism, care, and steady communication.
