Please, please, please, do not use this unprofessional company. They give you an "estimate" prior to your pick up, then the movers gave me the final cost for my move which was twice the amount! If you do have to use their service, just make sure you save about $2,000-4,000 more than what they originally quote you. Make sure that your apartment/house has access to a 18 wheeler truck. If not, you'll have to purchase their shuttle service, which I believe cost twice the amount of your square footage.
Mariah, we can’t find a record of moving you and we take great pride in our work and reputation. We also don’t own or use an 18 wheeler truck. We only have box trucks. Will you please contact us so we can resolve the issue? [phone removed].
I will not recommend this movers. They are not careful with ny furniture and even left some pieces of the bed and the tv remote. I hope that when its time to take my furniture out of the storage all the pieces and screws are not missing.

Shady company. Won’t send you a payment link until you are past due on the rent. You email them asking for one and they ignore you. The second you are overdue (4 days after the due date) they are locking your unit and all of the sudden very eager to be paid. Rate increases every couple months. Not impressed, can’t wait to get my stuff out of there.

Ean and Joe, with Big Ben’s moving, were fantastic! Not only were they trustworthy, careful, and professional; but, they were very courteous and time conscious. They moved an upright piano/and bench, a large leather recliner, and a queen 6 piece bedroom set (very heavy.) I 100%, would recommend them, and will absolutely call them in the future, if I ever need assistance, again. Thank You, for a terrific job!

A big shoutout to the 3 strong young men who came on a hot summer’s day (July 10 in Hurricane) to help us move our belongings into 2 pods for storage. They were courteous and efficient, and handled the couches, beds, fridge, freezer, piano, dining furniture, etc., and a million boxes like a bunch of pros. Thank you, guys! You did an amazing job!!

On Wednesday, July 22nd at 8:30 am, two young men from Big Ben’s moving and storage came to my house to move me to their storage here in St. George. They were so kind and professional and had the job done much quicker than I thought it would take.i would definitely refer them to friends and the general public. I also would use them again!!!
