They moved our gun safe from trailer to living room. Their cart had no padding and scratched big gashes in my 8k dollar safe and wrecked my bridgeway on our new house. Im in small claims court with them now and their answer is we refunded your money for the move 500 dollars get some touch up paint and your bridgeway was weak. Really? So we didn't charge you to wreck your safe and your bridgeway was weak so it got wrecked to bad. UNREAL please people do to use this company.

They caused damage to most of the furniture that they moved because they did not take the time to protect it. I had a modern table that was brand new and damaged, my pottery barn dresser was scratched and damaged beyond repair. Artwork was damaged and my side table was chipped, and my sofa was damaged. Black dirt on my new chair which I was able to clean myself. They offered me $30.00. I told them to keep the $30.00 and told them their service was pathetic and would never use them again. Very disappointed.

worst moving company ever, broke an antique piece of our hall tree chipped antique table promised to fix it then never saw the broken piece they took to fix and after paying them for the move then informed us they didn't have time to get the rest of our belonging had to rent 2 big trailers and did it ourselfs. I paid to have a finished job, I didn't know that I only had them for 2 hrs because they came at 1pm, 2 hrs for $520, the truck was 1/2 full, 1/2 my belongs were left at my home. They said they could come back if I wanted to pay for 3 men …
We're sorry that your job wasn't finished and we explained that to you when you told us we could not come at 8 am to start the job because you wanted to sleep in. Unfortunately you chose to leave us a bad review instead of waking up so we could start your whole job in the morning.
After hiring "ace spee dee delivery "I would refer them to anyone in town. Best rates can't beat their affordable friendly service.

We had booked another moving company in January for our June move. That company apparently went out of business in May…and I only found out three days before our move date! Thankfully, Dixie Movers came to the rescue!! I appreciate the efforts of the whole team: awesome hardworking Whitney in the office, efficiency king Ricardo behind the wheel, and his dogged sidekick Matt. They managed to fit us into a full schedule but also our new place !
