My custom cargo trailer (VERY custom, inside & out!) was stolen, midday from Monster Storage on Pioneer Dr and Brad was less than cooperative to provide me ANY information on gate code used or video footage so I could help SGPD in locating it or the contents contained in it. I was able to get the information from one of his employees to track down the owner of the truck that towed it away. Also, had to beg him to refund the auto withdrawal payment that was made AFTER reporting the theft.

"Karen" is extremely rude and very unprofessional. Having actually professional communication must not be a priority for this establishment. Every time I spoke to her on the phone she was blatantly disrespectful. She cost us an extra $50 a month because she forgot about a conversation she had with us two hours prior. When we called to speak to her supervisor he didn't seem to care. Evidently holding employees to a civil and professional standard is not something monster storage does.

I emailed Monster Storage to see if they had room for me a month ahead of time. They responded saying they did and then I made a reservation Online. Then traveled two days to get there only to find out they did not have a spot for me. After driving for two days I was not very happy. Then I asked if they knew of any other storage companies in town and they said no. I don't think this company is very professional and helpful to say they least. I did find storage in St.

The place is clean however the manager whos name I believe is Julie was a total brat. I cant believe the way she treated me. She actually said that i should have had brown eyes because I was so full of #***. I couldnt believe what I heard turned around and walked out. Brad, Julie was the onsite manager prior to your hire. Sorry to say, she was VERY rude.

Do not store your RV here. We had our motor home stored with them and someone sawed off and stole our catalytic converter. the company said they were not liable. It’s not secure at all beware.
Hello Irene, first of all that is horrible that someone would steal from you and damage your vehicle, I'm sorry that they did that. All of our resources are at the disposal of the police to use to try and catch the perpetrator.
I called about renting a van from Monster Storage, the lady that answered said a manager would call me back right away. No one ever called. I don’t love wasting time.

Monster storage is very lucky have Karen as their manager, she treated me with special TLC each time I spoke to her. …..she is gone way out of her way to help me comply with some airline flight schedules as well as some other special needs. I highly recommend dealing with monster storage. Make sure you ask for my favorite employee, Karen!

Loved having this 12 passenger van to drive on our road trip. It was a dream come true. The only hang up we had was someone seems to happen to open their car door and ding the drivers side door. Our renters insurance covered the cost to fix it with a deductible. Overall it was great to have the space and a comfortable drive.

Monster is the best place in southern Utah for easy, affordable, same-day rentals of moving trucks. I appreciated how kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating Karen was throughout our long moving process. I needed to move a heavy piano and she provided a fantastic professional recommendation that saved us a lot of hassle.
