I hope their boss calls me. I did have multiple things broken. Multiple things are missing. There was also multiple incidences with personal items. I had given their number to a local realtor and I told them to retract that and not recommend they showed up late. Then they wouldn't communicate when my car broke down and started entering my home without anybody there. There is a lot to this. Be very careful and do your research is what I've learned from this experience

I contacted Simple Moves and after advising them I had a 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment with a garage full of boxes to move I received a quote for 3-4 men, 2 trucks for $1440.00. I booked this move and paid a $720 deposit (1/2 the move cost). I received the contract via email and returned it signed the same day. This part all went very smoothly. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or phone call so I called the day before our move to confirm.

Simple Moved, moved us in June 2023. During the move, a mattress cover was torn and craftsman tool box was damaged by them. Three months later and several texts, calls and an attempt to repair the box I am now being ghosted. Why would I have to hire a lawyer for something like this. What a Joke. Update, I was unable to find the replacement drawer slide for my tool box so I replaced it for 149.00 dollars. Took one day to figure out and order. Not 3.5 months.

We were referred to Simple Moves by a neighbor who had a good experience with them. However, our experience was quite different. Despite having what should have been an easy, across-town move from a storage facility to our new home, pieces of furniture were severely damaged and a hole was knocked into our foyer wall. The movers tried to make excuses, blaming their fatigue from the previous day's move.
Had several problems, dented washer and dryer, broken BBQ, broken switch assembly on a refrigerator. The BBQ was partially repaired, the washer/Dryer parts are no longer available and only the housing for the switch was replaced but not …

I don't even know where to begin with these people. First of all, they showed up on time. Do you know how inconvenient it is to have no excuse for not being packed? I was fully prepared to blame the movers for my mountain of last-minute boxes, but they robbed me of that opportunity. Then they had the audacity to be friendly. Smiling. Introducing themselves. Asking where I wanted things. Absolutely suspicious behavior. It got worse.
From Kade, the coordinator to the three guys who handled the white glove delivery of our furniture, the entire experience was outstanding and at a very fair price.
YES ~ just yes! Kade, Devin, and the two other awesome gentlemen who helped me with a very stressful move ~ THANK YOU! From point of contact, all my questions in-between, and the day of the move ~ White Glove service. These guys are amazing! They worked their butts off in 100+ degree weather, moving some extremely large, awkward, and heavy furniture pieces. You can't beat their quality of care for your items, speed, and the best rates in town. Definitely recommend!
Simple Moves is just that- simple! The team Skyler, Kyle, and Charlie were great to work with. They were hard workers, super efficient and polite. I’m picky about the moving process and worry things will get lost. They were easy to chat with and communicate my preferences. Thanks!!
