Booked them for a 12-2 time frame. I sat there for 45 minutes with no show. Tried texting several times with no response. They finally texted me at 1 and said they could be there in 30 min. I cancelled altogether. They then tried to say they were still within the 2 hour time frame. No sir, you don't get to leave me sitting there and ignore me for 45 min and still get my business.

I hired Just-in Time Moving to help us unload our stuff from out of state over a week in advance. I was quoted a time from 1-3pm. I was in contact with their scheduler the morning of the move, when I asked to confirm the time, she said she would reach out to her crew. There was no contact until nearly 4:00pm. By that time I had nearly unloaded everything by myself as I figured they decided not to show up. They did show up for the 12 minutes left of work there was then asked for $100 dollars.

We had a wonderful experience with Just In Time in St. George. They moved our patio furniture up to a second floor, assembled everything for us, and handled it all with care and professionalism. The team was very careful with both our furniture and our home, which we really appreciated. They stayed within the quoted budget with no surprises, and everything was completed efficiently and smoothly. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in St. George needing reliable movers!

They showed up an hour and 15 mins late my wife and I had most of the Penske truck unloaded at that point. We both had colds and got into town at 2 am. I will acknowledge I booked a same day service but I was flexible on time I wish the rep would have been more upfront about time expectations. The movers were good once they got there they moved the couch and dresser and followed directions.
