Did an online auction bid and when I picked up my storage box?Everything was destroyed.It looked nothing like the picture I bid on....... Had to edit my post to be able to comment on. The response I got from my review. My review was on the bid I had on a storage container. Which has nothing to do with the service. They provide 4 renting a unit to store stuff. My review was on. The fact that all of the contents was tossed around like if the storage container was handled before me arrivi, mean to pick up contact.
Victor - We are sorry you feel this way, but just know that we do NOT mess with any of our Auctions. We simply cut the lock, take a picture, and then post it online. We are sorry you feel you did not get your $9 worth but we don't "destroy things" for fun.
Editing my original review because Craig at Big Blue Box sent me unsolicited quotes claiming he acquired my information from some third party. I told him it was a mistake and I had not reached out but he ignored it and has continued to …

I work at an outdoor market set up in a parking lot, and a fireworks stand gets set up about 10 feet from my fence. They use Big Blue Boxes for storage, and their box was delivered today. I watched the driver as he came within a foot of hitting the side of my car. He proceeded to get out of his truck to determine where he was dropping the box. He then got back in his truck to move it closer to where he needed it, blocking the path for anyone wanting to drive through.

Apparently your driver's do not believe the rules apply to them. Would recommend basic drivers training. Pulling out, crossing oncoming traffic is not recommended when it forces other drivers to lock up their brakes.

Rarely can consistently make the prescheduled appointment time for delivery of containers. This is the same delivery schedule every day but every week there's some lame excuse why they are 1 hour or more late.
CJ - Our Intermodal team really does a great job but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We value you and are truly sorry we let you down, but I hope we can make it up on the next move!
The box was not in good condition and the delivery truck threatened to leave it in the street if I wanted a better box. That wasn't dented with holes patched all over it.

Excellent communication and prompt delivery. From the day of my first contact with Big Blue Boxes to the day of delivery was approximately 2 weeks. The unit is immaculate and perfect for our needs. Zack is extremely knowledgeable about the unit, its construction, and use. He even gave me potential ideas for organizing within the unit. Zack made the positioning and drop of the unit look super easy. Definitely recommend!!

We bought a storage container. It works perfect for us. Matter of fact it's the second one we bought. Great price, very friendly people to deal with. Truckers have been very professional with the delivery. I highly recommend this company if you need a storage container for any reason.

We used this company to rent a pod to store items from our house to prepare it for showings. Liz was really easy to work with. Pricing was very straightforward, and they did not try to charge us for extra things like the other national company did in their quote. The deliveries and pickups for the pod were on the dates we requested, and the drivers did an excellent job getting the pod exactly where we wanted it for loading and unloading. The pod was very clean, and none of the items shifted between moves.
The delivery driver was great! He was very personable and nice and gave us lessons on owning a shipping container and lots of information on how it all works with loading and unloading. I was also very impressed by how accurate he got it in the spot we wanted. We got two containers and he lined them up just about exact to be able to add a roof between the two. His driving skills were great as well. Thanks for a great experience in receiving our shipping container’s!
