My family used BBM to move - pack/unpack. First off, they showed up 2 hours early and that's not easy when there are babies. There was lots of damage done to items and the family got some compensation. They were certainly not the most careful men in their movements and actions in the home the family was moving into. Very disappointed as my neighbour used them to move only so I relied on them. Would not use again after that experience.
We’ve working with this company before and everything was fine. But this time WAS NOT. They were scheduled to come at 9:30 am. They did not show up and after numerous calls and texts we still had no idea whether they were coming or not. No ETA. No updates. In the end they stated it was ‘miscommunication with their manager’. They rounded up 3 movers last minute - 2 of them showed up at 2:10 pm——FIVE hours later and the 3rd one half an hour after — delaying our ENTIRE day.
I feel these five star reviews are fake. We booked them for Feb 26 morning and they were a complete no show. We called them and message them multiple times and they aren’t answering. We now need to scramble to find other movers and need to pay premium for being last minute. I would recommend to stay away from this company as they might no show on you too.
We were very disappointed after speaking to Angel and Jackie. We wanted to give them more business after initially dealing with them 5 years back but the price quoted to us was way more than other movers. Shame that no value is given to …
Worst moving company. I would not use them. I booked them for a move and they never showed. It caused me and my landlord to break my rental contract and had to book a moving truck to move myself

Booked the big box moving company on June 28th 2021, they provided exceptional service and handled My items with great care. BONUS: My couch did not fit through the main doors but it was not a problem for them, THEY BROUGHT IT IN THROUGH MY BALCONY THAT'S 20ft HIGH. Nothing was damaged during the whole move and all my items were handled with care. Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional movers.
I only had a few days to move and i was clueless where to go and who to call. BBM company was recommended by friend and even though I gave them only 2 days of notice , they accommodated my schedule and helped me to move sooooo promptly !! All I can say is , they know what they are doing and at their best with cautions! Benny and his team members were very comforting and good.
We highly recommend Big Box Moving. Jacky and his assistant were extremely helpful, accommodating, and promptly provided the WSIB certificate and COI required by our office building. Their rates are very reasonable. The entire moving team was punctual, efficient, polite, and professional. They even managed to fit a large table perfectly into the elevator—so no cutting was needed ! We wish Big Box Moving continue success and all the best.
