Terrible people and company!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!!!! They waited until all my stuff was on the truck and then asked for more money! They want to make sure you will lose you elevator booking so they delay everything and ask for more money when all your belongings are in their truck! They made me go to the ATM to pay them with cash, otherwise they said they would not unload my belongings!!!! This is a classic extortionist technique! These guys are criminals.

They broke all our furniture and they force you pay tips when you book with them over the phone. The movers tried to charge us tips again even though we told them the office already charged us. They were not happy at all, rude and did not take responsibility for breaking our stuff.

Good Day This is a formal complaint towards Jia Jia Moving’s unprofessional behavior during a move took place on July 2, 2024. Jia Jia Moving is a CAM member. Please forward this complaint to CAM in Ontario. We believe Jia Jia Moving is not a good fit for Canadian Association of Movers due to the extreme lack of professionalism. It appears Jia Jia moving failed to fulfill work scope within agreed timeline, then charged our credit card for a 10% tip after we rejected paying for a tip.

We were a repeat customer of Jia Jia, but the recent experience was completely disappointing. When booking our move with the company, we provided a list of key furniture in our email communication for the move. On the move day, one small piece of furniture in the apartment that was indicated in the email was left behind. Since we also had stuffs in the storage room for the move, when we took the movers to the storage room, we didn't notice that piece of furniture was left behind.

This is the second time I am using this company for a move. The first time was flawless. The second time, well that was this July 2021 and this was a different story. I was overall Ok with the move despite it being very rushed and all my items were just dumped in the garage and front foyer of the new house. A few days later I noticed that my massage chair was broken.

Office staff professional, but movers are horrible. Our walls and door frame were scratched, furnitures were mostly scratched, not all furnitures were wrapped before moving, so they dropped our dresser drawer and blamed us for getting upset. Movers were slow, we had other movers in the past that were much more gentle with our furniture and more efficient. At the end of the day, we gave the movers tips, but they counted the cash in front of us and demanded we give more. Absolutely unacceptable.

Do not book with Jia Jia moving. The movers are so slow. It took them 2.5 hours to load and 4.5 hours to unload the same stuff. I don't understand why would it take double the time to unload what they loaded themselves. So for a small …

Professional movers at a very affordable price Moving is always stressful, but Jia Jia International Moving Inc. made the entire process seamless. I shopped around and found their rates to be much cheaper than the competition. On the day of the move, the crew arrived on time and proved to be incredibly professional. They worked efficiently, protected my furniture, and completed the job without any issues.
We really loved our movers! Very professional and fun. They arrived exactly on time and came in to assess the situation before starting. Very efficient guys and super personable. Fun conversations. Good pricing as well! Our entire move including tip, was $1400.
Sharon was very responsive with questions and providing a quote. The price was reasonable (I called many other places to compare prices). The movers arrived on time and were fast, efficient and very careful with moving our things. Thank you again.
Highly recommend Jia Jia moving! They were so professional, fast and caring. From the first interaction with Sharon who helped us schedule and reschedule and explained all the costs, she was great! The 4 movers came with a 30ft and 25ft truck and they strategically packed and moved all our stuff so efficiently. For the amount of items going upstairs and downstairs there were no scratches on the walls at all - was impressive! Very happy!
