Absolutely excellent all around. This was my first time hiring a company vs moving via friends. It was stressful, calling companies that don't call you back. Hearing about various moving scams. Luxury Move Management's card appeared in my mailbox on a day I was dealing with this and feeling frustrated. My worries went away after I contacted them. First, I was actually able to talk to someone. We had what I thought was a tricky set of deadlines, but it was no problem for them.

Our real estate agent recommended Luxury Move Management to co-ordinate our move from our house to a condo. This involved removal of a considerable amount of over 40 years of accumulated "junk" to be sold, donated or otherwise disposed of; the packing of all our art work; the removal of unwanted furniture from the condo; the moving of furniture to the condo and another move of furniture to a storage unit (arranged by Luxury).

I’m so glad that we took our agents’ advice and contacted Mindy of luxury move management! Mindy and her team helped us not only to pack and move but to go through each floor of our house together with me and determine what was to be kept, disposed of and garbaged! Which naturally made the tedious job much easier and efficient! Five lovely ladies then came to pack the entire 3 level house which got done in a matter of 2 days!
