This was the worst move I have ever experienced. I got noticed less than 24 hours before my move that due to covid, I'd have my move pushed back three hours. I was ok with this, but turns out they subcontracted my move out to a terrible company called TransNet. I had been quoted $750 for 6 hours for an 800-square foot 2-bed apartment, which was a 5-min drive away, and this was based on an accurate list of my belongings.

Damaged my television and is not willing to file claim over it. I was told to remove my TV from the wall but keep it plugged it for the movers to confirm it worked. I did this and the excuse the claims department gave me was they were pressed for time so did not test them. If this is not resolved I will be filing with the BBB.

Wouldn’t book with them again. I’m reply to the reply…. 1. Lower cost as movers didn’t disassemble everything needed as they were taking too long. I was mindful of their time spent here as I couldn’t afford to have them longer. I still have items I have to move myself from my old house to new house. 2. Movers also asked for a bigger tip, not knowing my financial background, that I’m a single mom and also paying over $1100 for the service, one shouldn’t demand a tip for doing the job set to do.

They have a lot of seemingly useful automation on their website that will take you through a quote acceptance process over 36 hours, only to then tell you after you have accepted their quote (including the move date) that they are booked …

Max, Milad, and Dennis helped move my parents from a home they had lived in for many years into their new place, and they made what could have been a very emotional and stressful day feel smooth and manageable. We really liked the help we got from Michael and Ishmael, they were professional, friendly and efficient. They arrived on time and got the job done earlier than anticipated. The reason why we can't give 5 stars, is because of the booking process. We originally wanted to move in Jan 31st, but it was made difficult because the time it would take the crew to pack at my boyfriend's place was overestimated and it would've resulted in the moving crew having to wait at my place until my scheduled elevator time.
