I was very satisfied with our first move using Swift Moving, so I trusted them again this year. However, I had the worst experience ever! 1. We had previously selected two movers, but the one who arrived was extremely thin and small. We really wanted the same mover from last year, who was incredibly strong and efficient. [This new mover urinated on our toilet, didn't remove the seat, and urinated everywhere, without cleaning it up!] I was furious when I saw this in the bathroom; it was disgusting.
When did you move? We don't think we've ever served you before.
This moving company is extremely irresponsible. If you don’t want your items to be damaged and then ignored, do not use their services. I asked the owner from the very beginning whether their company had insurance or was a reputable company, he said yes, which led to the following experience. The first two photos are of the BBQ taken on the 15th, and the following ones show the condition of the stove after the move on February 19th. He should be clear about what his insurance covers.
They weren’t being professional and efficient. It was about time but no one else. After I phoned them to know they would be 20 mins late. They suggested me reserve the earliest time period of moving out(9am-12pm), moving in(11-1pm). The moved-in condo is just in front of the moved-out condo. I had checked with them several times that should I move time period (moving-in) up in 1 hour and they refused it. During the moving, they wanted me to check with move-in concierge if we could bring forward the time period.

DO NOT USE this moving company. Used this company to move this year and the owner is very unprofessional. They don't take any responsibility when they damage your furniture and his insurance policy does not cover damages. AVOID AT ALL COST or you will regret it.
The move caused some bumping and knocking against the bed and table, and the movers even used the toilet in our house without asking or getting our permission. What's most infuriating is that they didn't lift the lid, leaving urine all over …

They packed and moved everything for me, which was very convenient and took only two hours to complete the move from one house to another.
