Came highly recommended but I was very disappointed. They broke, gauged, and scratched items and made excuses for everything that was broken, gauged, and scratched. Unlike one of the other reviews, they wrapped VERY LITTLE to none of my expensive items. After they broke the first item they then began to move VERY SLOWLY. A move that should have taken 2 hours AT THE MOST, lasted 3.5 hours.

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company. We had an emergency situation and needed same day help on a Sunday. We called four other companies, before we reached out to Big Bros. Jaquan was so understanding, and said he would reach out to his workers and call me right back. He was back to me in minutes with the help we needed. I suspect he called people in just to help with our emergency, but I could be wrong.
Jaquan and his team made our move an absolute dream-prompt, polite, and beyond considerate to our needs! They safely wrapped and secured every item for the move, and even put our dining room table together after we landed in our new home. One of the best things was when we arrived he walked us through each room to see what we wanted where.
What an excellent experience! This was my first time using Big Bros. Moving company and it was a seamless and pleasant business transaction from beginning to end. The administrative staff is responsive, professional, and extremely friendly and flexible. They had great availability and were able to accommodate some changes in schedule due to an incoming tropical storm. The movers were wonderful! They handled my dad's furniture with care, were attentive, and kept our move time on track.

5 Stars – Reliable, Fair-Priced Same-Day Move (Even in Bad Weather!) I had an incredible experience with Big Bro Moving Company. I needed a last-minute, same-day move, and not only did they accommodate me on short notice, but they also offered a very fair and transparent price—no hidden fees or surprises. To make things more impressive, the weather today day was rainy and strong storm's. Despite the tough conditions, the crew arrived right on time and got to work with a great attitude.
