In their own words
The movers we had came on time, however they weren’t careful with our stuff. We kept hearing stuff being dropped from upstairs and most of our furniture came in either damaged or stained with ink. Also, now going through our stuff, a couple small things are missing. I hope they didn’t take anything. I wouldn’t recommend this company. Very disappointed.
Hi Yoo Nah, thank you for your review. We take feedback seriously and looked back through our schedule, and we don’t have a record of a move under this name. None of our recent jobs match the details you described either, which makes us believe this review may have been posted in error or for the…
This was the worst moving service that I have ever experience, and I have had military movers. This company has little to no integraty, and will not honor any agreement to repair items they break. You should also watch your payment account. After we paid for this poor service extra charges showed up without explanation. Not sure how this review page has nothing but 5 star reviews. You can find better moving services than this company.
Thank you for the review. We're always eager to hear from our customers, though it's unfortunate to learn of your dissatisfaction under these circumstances. As previously expressed, the item in question needed to be emptied before moving it, as per our standard moving policy—a point emphasized…
The worst moving company!! Showed up with a truck too small for my move, then said they would have to make several trips to get me moved!!! Then a black guy complained I had cat hair on my sofa. I'll be contacting the BBB.
Hi Patricia, We take all customer feedback seriously, but we must clarify the facts. Our team arrived with the properly sized truck based on the item list you provided during the estimate process.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Absolutely excellent. Clear and prompt communication throughout the booking process and professional and efficient during the move. Transparent and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend!
Thank you for the wonderful review, and I'm glad we could make your move a smooth experience. We're here if you need us again!
From booking our move to obtaining an estimate, to pre-prep, to the actual move, we had a wonderful experience with Its Your Move. Everyone person we worked with - including Jason, Matt, Randy and Jesse, were extremely friendly and professional. A couple of days before the move, they came over for pre-prep, which consisted of them wrapping our furniture and staging the boxes. This made move day very smooth and quick. Pre-prep was free of charge! I cannot recommend this company enough.
Thank you Elizabeth for the wonderful review! I'm delighted to hear you had a stress free experience with our crew from start to finish, and that our careful handling of your special items met your expectations. Thank you for choosing us and we look forward to assisting you in any future moves!
I selected It’s Your Move after reading the great reviews and now I’m happy to add one myself! From my initial request for a quote to the final item delivered, every step was handled with such professionalism. My first conversation with Jarrod immediately put me at ease as we talked through our inventory and our scheduling needs. He was very thorough and immediately followed up with an emailed quote (which, by the way, was spot on!).
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that every step of your move, from your first conversation with Jarrod to your moving day with Broderick and the crew, was handled with the level of care and professionalism we strive for.
I recently used It’s Your Move for a move two hours away to Jacksonville and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The crew handled all my belongings with great care, ensuring that everything was packed securely and transported safely. They were punctual and worked diligently to make sure the move was completed in a timely manner. What stood out the most was the professionalism of every team member.
Justin, thank you so much for the awesome feedback! Our goal has always been to take the stress of moving and put it on our shoulders for our customers. I'm happy to hear that your move was relatively stress free, and you had a great experience with our crew.
