I scheduled these movers to help move my stuff from a storage unit into a new apartment. I confirmed with them the day before and everything was fine. The day of, I reached out to them 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive when I was on the way to the storage unit, and they let me know that they were an hour behind schedule. I was a little frustrated that they didn't let me know ahead of time without me having to call them - but fine, I would just wait around for them since I had no other options.
The weather was a factor and we had to make a call to stop work for the day due to lightning in the area. We apologize for not keeping the original time. We did receive a call from Gail they said she found someone to come out that day.
Did damage to my home. Did damage to my furniture. Definitely worked hard not smart. Didn’t bring enough tools or men. Didn’t assemble my furniture correctly.

WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND CHARGED ME AN HOUR TOO MUCH!! I was given a quote per hour which was fine and I was told time started when they were north of I10 which is 8 miles from my house. They didn’t bring a big enough truck and said they would not charge me for the time it took to go back and get the things left behind which took about an hour. When it came time to pay. They added an hour of drive time to make up for the hour that I was told would be taken off.
The owner stayed on the phone with the customer to understand the charges, a total of $220 was taken off the bill and customer was still upset. No damage and customer said the guys worked hard. there is no way we knew you were a widow … More
Dishonest company based on my experience. Was told the deposit for their services was refundable. Ended up going with another company with more competitive pricing and cancelled with Experienced Movers with 6 days advance notice and I still have not received a refund for the $50 security deposit after getting the runaround after several calls and back and forth. Would not recommend. If my issue is addressed I will happily delete this review.

These guys no showed my job and I had to call many times to get a response. He told me it might rain. Was not able to get ahold of them until 2 hours after our window. He was sorry our cross country tour was going to be delayed, very condescending. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

We strive for better interaction with our customers. Driver simply ask for you to call me due to the crew waiting almost 3 hours for you to arrive. I tried to assist you with the late arrival so not to leave you stranded.

Thanks for your feedback Was our goal to make this a stress free move. Our office can only quote a price based on what the customer say they are moving. We then put it in the notes and send this in writing to the customer before we book the job.

The team was professional, punctual, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire process. Experienced Movers took care of us! We needed a piano moved at the last minute and not only did they make it happen, they gave us a great price. The movers were very polite and careful. They made sure the piano and the house were protected in the process!

These guys are amazing! Communication was professional and next level. They were upfront with the quote and the cost was right in line with everything they said. It took them an extra hour and the cost for that was transparent. I have had other companies try and double the price once the job was completed. I will hire them again for any move I have. Simply amazing. Both my movers were skilled and professional. I cannot put into words how great my experience was with them. Hire them now!!!
