Save your money and look somewhere else because this place is a scam. Not only are they going to lose and damage your property and not compensate you for it, but also claim during the quote that they only have 3 man crews yet somehow the long lost 2 man crew arrived at my doorstep to deliver the destroyed tv and desk. Before any of this even happened, the crew took an extra 20 minutes to arrive because they got the wrong address (you are charged based on the time they left the warehouse until when they return).

Somewhere between this company picking up my things and delivering them to my storage unit, and delivering them to my new place a couple months later I’ve realized I’m missing quite a few things. There’s no explanation when I know they weren’t left in my house. Only they or Cubesmart storage on Capital Cir NE can be responsible. I initially left a positive review until I started to realize my things were missing.

There were two key things that I learned from attempting to hire Elite Movers. At Elite Movers, safety is our top priority. Our team is not permitted to work in the rain due to the increased risk of slip and fall incidents and potential damage to your belongings.
Second time using the company, and service has been vastly different from my first experience. I had multiple items damaged during the moving process. In addition, I was overcharged with no communication. I reached out to discuss these issues with the company and was told that I would hear back the following day, when details had been confirmed. No return call was received and when I reached back out, I was given the same message. This has continued for multiple days.
They made us pay $50 before they gave us a final number. Once we got the final number, we decided not to use them, and we were told twice that it would be refunded. A month went by with no refund, and now we were told it's not refundable..... after they had already said it was Edit: Before they wrote their response here, they clearly did not read what I wrote. I called 2 separate times in the span of a month and was told both times that i would get refunded the $50.

Classic bait and switch Quoted 3 movers at $180/hr. Only 2 showed up with one calling out sick. Job estimate was 2 hours (2 bedroom home with everything packed) became 5.75 hours. They said they would offer a reduced rate for only 2 instead of 3 people. We called and called during the move only to be told that a manager would call us shortly with what the "reduced" rate would be. The kids that showed up were nice and worked hard but were slow because it was their 3rd job of the day.

I used Elite movers for an out-of-state move. The guys were young but not knowledgeable on how to properly pack a storage unit. My nightstand and head bored were damaged due to poor placement in the unit. I complained about the damages to my items but was told i had to report them before the movers finished the job, which would’ve been impossible when I thought they placed everything correctly.
If you need a moving company you can rely on this is not the business for you. I scheduled a couch to be moved well over a month ago via phone. The day before I was scheduled to move I gave them a call to confirm their time of arrival and the man on the phone said he was unaware of my appointment but he would check with his other department and call me back. Come 4 PM I still had not heard back so I gave them another call. This time a woman answered.
Unfortunately when you called you never paid your deposit so your move was not booked. You called thinking that it was and we let you know that because your deposit was not paid that you move was not placed on our schedule.

My first time using movers, and WOW what a team! My movers were Brandon, Chris, and Omari. These guys were professional, courteous, hard working, and took fantastic care of my items and furniture. The way these guys loaded the truck you'd think they are world champion Tetris players. They wrapped furniture that needed to be wrapped and were very careful when carrying and placing. It was a long day, but these guys did not quit, and the price was great value.

The men arrived on time and went right to work. They were careful with my furniture, wrapping each piece with moving blankets and plastic wrap. They communicated well and asked questions if they were unsure of what I wanted. They finished well ahead of schedule. Very professional, pleasant people to work with. I will use them again.

I would very highly and strongly recommend anyone that needs a mover to use Elite Movers. From start to finish they were extremely professional, efficient, helpful, and kind to myself and my wife and son. They are also very skilled at taking apart and putting together multiple separate pieces of furniture and complex playground equipment shockingly fast WITHOUT any directions (my wife and I are still amazed at that this feat).

Elite was one of a few moving companies I contacted on a holiday weekend, but they were the most prompt to respond and quoted the best price! In this case, affordability does not mean lower quality. I was so impressed - and even touched - by the treatment I received from booking through the end of my move. Many of my questions were answered over email and confirmed with a personal call. When they sent the estimate, there's a feature in their software for me to add rooms and inventory.
