The worst experience of my life. They way overcharged me for what was arranged. One of their movers stole an old shotgun, but did return it when I mentioned the cops. They broke all my fragile things when they piled it in a bigger box. This company should hang it's head in shame. Never apologized either. So...run away quickly

This was the most unprofessional and dishonest moving company ever. I will never utilize their services again due to the way that I was treated. They damaged my front door and failed to send the appropriate number of movers to complete the job at that time, ultimately attempting to charge an excessive fee for their poor planning. It’s disappointing.

Their online presence makes you spend hours completing all the details they want. Even after that, no response after 2 weeks. Not sure how people like this stay in business.

I had such high hopes for this to be a great move, but in the end we were quite disappointed. We moved from FL to TN and had a short timeframe to find a mover due to unforeseen circumstances, and were having trouble finding a reputable mover who had availability. I'll explain both the pros and cons of our experience with TMT... Pros: 1. TMT took the job with a shorter notice than most other companies can accommodate. 2. The move-out process went quickly.

As business owner I expect professionalism and these guys are anything but that. They started moving my tenet out of his two rental units at 9:37 AM. This is important to note as here at the Storage Center we do not even open until 10 A.M. I arrived early and let them in out of polite professional courtesy. Over 5 hours later and they are still not finished. Add to which even though they were asked two times by the attendant to close the loading dock door so as not to let out the A.C.

I used Two Men and a Truck to move into my apartment 3 years ago. Everything went great, and in the end my bill was lower than expected. I was happy with the service. 10 days ago, I was left high and dry the day of the move. I booked their service a month in advance to move out of the same apartment. The truck arrived (on time) and pulled into the parking lot, which has a steep drive. To be fair, I have seen a stretch limo bottom out on it and get stuck.

The Two Men and a Truck movers mismatched two heavy dressers from two different bedroom sets. The sets belonged to my wife who was not here at time of delivery and she DID NOT sign off on the paperwork. We had to pay a local moving company $250 to swap the dressers. I explained the mover's mistake with the office manager in the Tallahassee office and requested a refund of $250 of the $3,000 moving charge which he refused to consider.

We know the original estimate was for 2 trucks, but a single truck was determined sufficient by you, and the team could have done more to help us avoid having to come back a second time for the rest of our stuff. We will now have to rent a u-haul truck and 2 sets of loader-unloaders to get the rest of our possessions. They also missed loading he rails to a bed (which we were told were there), adding another reason that we have to make a second move effort.

Our journey began when Cedric came by the house to survey the items we needed to be moved, which was basically the entire contents of the house. He was thorough, detail oriented, highly professional, and very friendly. Not only did he attend to business, but we had pleasant conversation and really enjoyed having him in our home. He was a credit to his employer and certainly to himself as well. It was like having a family friend coming to help us with our move.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my 2-bedroom apartment into a storage unit. Sara made scheduling easy as she was clearly experienced, thorough, and patient. Moving day went smoothly. The men were courteous and efficient, staying in touch regarding time of arrival. Afterwards, Sara reached out to request my feedback. Mean- while, I had discovered that 2 items were damaged.

I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck, from the estimation , all the way through the move itself. The estimator was courteous, friendly and listened well to all my needs. Within 20 minutes of completing my inventory, I was given my estimate. The communication afterwards by email was excellent. Every step of the move was well planned and written out for me in emails. I was given lots of advice on how to prepare for the morning of the move and the estimated time of arrival.

We had such an amazing experience with Two men and a truck! From the office co-ordinator & manager to the moving crew, we could not be more pleased with their friendliness, professionalism & efficiency. Specifically, Cedric in the office and Martez, Takari & Horace on our moving crew. We were in a difficult situation following a last minute cancellation from a different company. Cedric was able to get us an estimate and have our move scheduled with two days notice.
