The rating breakdown
1 of the 36 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Big Game Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 36 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Rapid City

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Awesome service. Owner was very friendly and helpful. I would suggest this place to anyone. Units are new and the area very clean and well maintained. I am using it for camper storage the 24hour surveillance gives me piece of mind.
Thanks Mike, have a great summer camping with the family!
We are from NW Iowa and spend a couple of weeks in the Hills. Leaving our camper at Big Game is one of the best decisions I've made. I don't need to worry about what is happening to my camper while I'm back home. The security is fantastic and Chris is great to work with, the facility is very clean and family owned, a big plus in my mind. I would highly recommend, and plan to continue to keep my camper here every summer.
Working with Chris at Big Game Storage has been great. As a retired military family we have had lots of history with moving and storage. We would rate our experience with Big Game Storage as one of the best! Chris has been the ultimate professional throughout. He is quick to respond and worked to find the perfect storage solution for our needs.
This is a First Class storage facility I'd highly recommend. Chris at Big Game Storage was very helpful in helping me select the right unit for my needs. It's apparent, this place can accommodate everyone's need from the very small units to large RV's as well as outside storage. Very clean and security cameras everywhere.
