Do not use this company. Thru destroyed my furniture. It took them an entire day, 12 hours, to move a 1 bedroom apartment. I had booked them thru Uhaul, and was given no refund. The owner threatened me with physical harm over the phone.
Sorry you had a bad experience, with that moving company..unfortunately it wasn't Big Gunz ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If I can give a zero I would. I thought this started off to be a movers I would used again & again. Facts first initial, TV was broken he replaced, an air mattress- he replaced. But a 9x12 rug is missing, all my shoes 13 to 15 pair brand new. Never worn. 2 pair slightly used tennis shoe’s. One winter ankle black boot, the mate is at my aunts house - none located or replaced. Stated had a video of the move. Never saw it. That should show the items were missing. Used my roommates moving supplies not replaced.
Hello, I am Samuel, the owner of Big Gunz Movers, I would like to apologize for the service you received on your move. Before I initially did the move I told you guys to put away all personal belongings and electronics. You stated that your T.V.
The most important thing for me and probably for other people as well when it comes to movers is that they do not damage any of the furniture or anything else. Unfortunately that was not the case with those two men who moved our belongings. Their names were Jaden or Zayden and Mike . I had to give advice and also physically assisted on how to position & carry the large dresser going up the staircase of the house and the large bed mattresses and box frames without bumping into the walls & staircase rails.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your moving experience did not meet the standards we expect from our team. At Big Gunz Movers & Home Improvement, protecting our customers’ furniture and property is extremely important to us.
They were very late arriving....I had to call them to find out they weren’t going to be on time....they broke my mirror and downplayed the value...very unprofessional and will NEVER use them again....completely dissatisfied with their service....
I informed you on being late because of Prior job.. also reimburse you for the mirror that already had prior damage to it before we even touched it.. you was being a total diva and it wasn't even necessary but my team and I still accommodated you the best way we could

The Big Gunz team were absolute life savers!! Around 11:30 at night we realized we were going to need some extra help with wrapping up our move before the moving trucks had to be returned, and we found Big Gunz through the Uhaul Moving Help app. Despite the quick turnaround (we needed early morning help the next day) and a few miscommunications on my part, Samuel was incredibly professional and responsive, and worked with us to ensure the job got done within the allotted time.
Means a lot to type a paragraph lol about our services happy that we came through at the time of need for you guys thank you so much
The crew was very punctual, we were able to get right to work loading my U-haul truck. Everything was packed up securely and transported to the new apartment. Once there, the guys guickly and effectively took everything up to the 3rd floor apartment with the percision of a medical surgical team! The rates were far more economical than the other moving companies that I priced, so I feel privileged that I could afford their help for the 3 hours that I needed.
Quick and efficient! Best no-hassle moving experience I have had. Also very fair pricing. Will be using them again. Thank you!
This guys saved my life because I had to move a month before my scheduled time to vacate my apartment in May 2023. I had initially had reservations for a Uhaul truck but they called me at the last minute to tell me they didn't have a truck available. I was freaking out about what to do then I remembered someone on Facebook mentioning Samuel and his team. I contacted them about one week or so and he was available on the very last day that I had to be out of my apartment.
