I spoke with owner and gave a deposit to move my daughters apartment. I was very specific I would be in the mountains camping without cell service and my daughters summer intern job . She did not have access to phone. Gave him apartment number said I will have someone there to let him and give them storage unit. When I get back in cell service 3 days later. My phone is blown up with calls from the person I had arranged to be there stating they never showed up.

The 3 actual moving guys were respectful and helpful, but the manager was rude and greedy. With a bid/estimate of $1100 his bill was over $2000. Plus he refused to give me a detailed invoice before I paid. Plus there were several items of damage in the move but he paid just $30 for 0ver #300 in damage Do not use these guys.. a rip-off
My family had hire them to move our stuff and it was broken and there was earrings and chains missing I looked over all the house and I couldn’t find them. I had told them to be very carful with it because it was expensive. I want to let you guys know so you guys don’t hire them
This is a fake review posted by an employee who did not meet our expectations. At Big Guys Movers we take pride in integrity and hard work. Anything less will not be tolerated.
My husband and I are in our 60s. We used a different mover in the past but they were booked so we had to use this mover. The 2 guys were nice and polite but very inefficient. They only moved one box at a time. We had 2 moving dollies but they did not use them. We scheduled 2 hours but they were so slow we gave them a 3rd hour. We do have upstairs apartment; they were struggling with how to move certain pieces of furniture and finally we had to tell them we couldn’t afford any more time.
This was a nightmare of a moving experience. I waited a while to write this review to allow time to cool down. Initially I was quoted 6 hours for two guys. The price was reasonable and I accepted. Moving day they showed up with 3 people and it took them twice as long as I was told. This of course meant over 2x the bill at the end of the day. The move started out great. But when it cane to unloading, they didn't listen to most of the directions I gave on where to put stuff.

From the time they arrived til they left, they kept asking what was a priority, and what could stay. We were moving 4 1/2 hours away, and needed everything to go. We had already brought a 6x12 uhaul full if stuff, and they still didn't get it all. The truck was not packed full from top to bottom when they arrived to unload. They were very nice, but when things were left behind, that should of came, it's very disappointing! Now we have to drive back to old house to move rest of stuff. Would not use them again!!!

Nowhere near the quote price. Had to be told to take off time that wasn't used. Many concerns. Another company did a similar move for me here for much less and in half the time.

These guys did a really go9d job. Fast communication and got the job done within a couple days after calling. Highly recommended. I called other companies and 2 of them left me pending for weeks. Do it right the first time, and let the Big Guy move your things. They moved am entire barn for me. Legit business.
Easiest move ever. 3 fabulous, muscular, friendly guys showed up right on time. So easy to arrange service, sign your contract and pay a deposit. Then pack up. They show up and boom, you’re moved!
The two gentlemen that moved me today very good movers very careful, wrapped everything carefully, did a fantastic job very professional. Second time I have used them.

I needed my shed moved from one location to another. I spoke to Will. He was so professional and courteous. Before giving me a quote he came to see what needed to be done and have me a great quote. After we scheduled a day, I immediately got a text confirming it. While doing the job, I was impressed with his precision and attention to details. He did a great job I have to confess, the job needed to be done again through my own fault of not deciding on the right spot.
