I would like to inform everyone DO NOT USE voyage movers. They are extremely unprofessional and take all day to load an already 95% packed 3 bedroom home. They arrived at early morning and did not finish until 5 at night, JUST TO LOAD. They are using untrained movers that damage your items. We paid good money and provided them with lunch and they lied to our face and said they would pack glass and wood items with the extra white glove service we paid.
Very hard lady to deal with. Lies all around. Not going to even respond to this one. Started name calling and being rude because TV legs were left behind and I shipped them 3.5 days later. I get 1 client a year like this. No matter what you … More
9/25/2019 We had Voyage load up our Penske for a move to Dallas on 9-9-19. Our new house was closing the next day, so I wanted 4 guys to get the job done fast as we wanted to be on the road by 6PM. Jarod seemed nice and knowledgeable. The 4 movers arrived an hour late at 10:30AM. First they began loading all the boxes in the truck. two of the young guys said it was their first day on the job...oops... They weren't coordinated and spent a lot of time standing around telling jokes.

The operators were friendly and punctual enough. Just be aware that the insurance for the move is highly lacking. An expensive electronic device was damaged in the short move due to improper stowing. They did offer to wave the moving fee….. but the moving fee was a drop in the bucket compared to what was lost. Now I’m out $2k in order to replace it. Make sure you don’t have anything expensive that you are having moved to avoid this situation.
The owner had no foresight and used a broken truck instead of renting one a day move turned into 2. Moving from Las Cruces to Albuquerque and then refused to discount anything. Blamed his movers who were lovely and refused any responsibility. Spend the extra bucks and go somewhere else. This was so stressful.

I recently relocated from Las Cruces to Odessa for a new job opportunity, and the move came together at the very last minute. At first, I had booked with another company, but quickly realized they were not reputable and possibly a scam. Thankfully, I found Voyage online and everything turned around. From the start, Jarod was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. He was flexible with my tight timeline, offered very fair pricing, and made the entire process stress-free.

I recommended this company to a friend that I was helping to move after my husband and I had a great experience with this company. I was present during our friend’s move and again, I highly recommend this company in Las Cruces, NM if you need any kind of moving assistance! They are professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I can’t believe how they communicated with each other while moving furniture to ensure they did not touch walls or damage anything.
Luis, Robert, and Robert were fantastic. They were on time, brought everything they needed, and got done early while taking very good care of my things. They were all extremely professional and it was very clear they cared about their profession. Since they did not use all the material and time they allotted on the quote, we paid significantly less than what we were expecting. I could not be happier with Voyage and will be recommending them to all of my peers here at Fort Bliss.
I enjoyed having this company do our move. It was so nice to call and they just let you know then and there what the quote will be. We called other companies and they take you through this very long questionnaire of all the specific items you have in your house and it takes forever. Jared just comes out and sees for himself and gets you scheduled. It’s amazing how quickly they can get your stuff out, I don’t know where they get the endurance and motivation. We had stairs at both locations and they got through it.
