Read: Get a new assistant manager who is experienced in customer service. Pick up was ok there was back and forth of repeating ourselves multiple times until she finally understood us. Multiple bad reviews on this assistant manager Sarah, yet she still remains with that title. I'd suggest taking your business elsewhere. Seemed like the worker who was assisting Sarah had very little knowledge of what a walk around consists of as well as forgot to put equipment rented into uhaul.
Upon drop off the supervisor came out of the building very heated and on edge breathing heavy and wanting to argue (visible shaking and his tone was off), the new person had no idea what he was doing, on top of all of this while waiting he made us step back to help other people and delayed everyone by having to help his untrained employee how to use a smartphone app. Disappointed that it was unprofessional.
After I get my stuff out of storage I will NEVER use your company again. Trying to overcharge on late fees and start charging my debit card automatically WITHOUT my permission. Thank God for Joseph at this location. My bill was paid today …
Zero stars... showed up well before 6:30 pm to refill my propane tanks, pushed the call button on sign and scanned the QR code requesting a fill, nobody shows up. I go inside the store and ask and the answer i get is we stop pumping after 6:30 pm. Its 6:37 when I asked. No sign, no notice on website. Bull excuse from lazy staff because they close at 7pm and want to leave. Definitely dont recommend. If i could give 0 stars i would.
DO NOT come here. Waited outside for a propane fill up, mid day. 20 minutes. Rang the bell 3 times for service while about 4 employees sat there and did nothing while I was parked. After walking in twice requesting service I asked for a manager. I was the. Told ti file a complaint. Again, DO NOT COME HERE.
This spot is clean has plenty of trucks trailers etc. As far as the employees, at least who I encountered. Let me just say people who are not friendly should not be dealing with customers. My shoes have more of a personality than some employees here. I felt very uncomfortable here.

DO NOT GO HERE TO FILL YOUR PROPANE TANK! WOULD GIVE THE PLACE NO STAR IF I COULD. They fill by weight, to the WC weight stamped on the collar, which on my tank, is 26.3 lbs. Their meter said it took 3.6 gallons. At 4.11 lbs per one gallon …
