In their own words
This was the worst customer services experience I have had in Las Cruces - ever! If I could give them no stars i would! I stopped by about 15 minutes before they opened to sign some paperwork and the guy working there said they were busy eating breakfast and hung up on me. I returned after they opened and the guy made a rude comment about me being the guy who keeps calling and wanting them to open.
I can't even begin to tell how worthless the owner and management are. There free truck was broke down, how convenient. Wolf in sheeps clothing! AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!
Was referred to these crooks by a friend they advertised 1$ for first month I paid for my 5x5 packed up and thought all was fine, until I went to store my things only day my friends could get off to help since I'm disabled, they rented out …
I would be very careful renting from here the owner STEVE LOHMAN and the new management have very careless attitudes, there way of fixing any problem is just to ignore you, very poor service!
The owners are very rude the place is not pet friendly, the gates lock at 10 pm if your inside your storage after 10 pm your locked in untill it opens the following day.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I felt like I was part of the family while renting here. Yoli and Billy are so incredibly kind and helpful. The facilities are clean. It was easy to make payments. My stuff was safe. Highly recommend. If I ever need a storage unit again, I'll know where to go! Best place in town!
The staff is great the facilities are well secure and very clean, they helped me accommodate a location for my automobile and in a very accessible location of the facility. Highly recommended!!
