In their own words
These guys are beyond fantastic. They moved everything out of our 3400 square foot house in under 2 hours. They were are exceptionally polite. The owner was very responsive and communicated everything very well. They came on time. Stayed at the end to make sure all the furniture was in the right spot. They took extra measures to make sure our white carpet stayed clean and there was not even a spot of dirt on it when they were done. Absolutely nothing was damaged or broken. I would HIGHLY recommend.
Big John and his guys are awesome ! They did a great job at a great price. They move quick and go the extra mile! Very happy and would use again! He was able to squeeze us in last second and even on a Sunday! He's a good guy and runs a great business!
We decided to go with Big John’s Moving after comparing him to another local moving company. Both were evenly priced and both owners were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly upon requesting their services. We went with BJM for a couple of reasons. The first reason was John’s willingness to come to our home, take pictures himself, and provided a rough estimate of the move. The second reason was our in person interactions. I appreciated that I was able to meet him.
Big John’s Moving made our move from Owensboro to Lexington so much easier than we expected. Moving a whole family is usually chaos, but their team showed up ready to work, handled everything with care, and kept the day running smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful with our belongings and our space. What stood out most was how stress‑free they made the entire experience. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience.
