The rating breakdown
Google shows 10 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 1 of those is one or two star.

They damaged my furniture. Having a hard time reaching the boss. I've left messages many times. I hope to resolve this. Its been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
From the booking of the employment, to the last tote through the door, I was thoroughly impressed by the communication and attention to detail. Nate and Omar worked quickly, efficiently, and carefully throughout the entire move. Nate asked to do a walkthrough when they arrived so I could show him everything that needed to go. Nate and Omar helped put our things back in place at the new house and only left when they verified that we were satisfied with the service. I was more than satisfied.
the movers Nate and his young feller helper was very professional and polite. They got the job down in 3 hours. They also help me rearrange the furnitures around. I would definitely use again. Give them a big raise because they deserved it.
Glad they were able to take care of you. Thanks for the review!
Highly recommend Big Lake. Best hourly rate I could find in the area. The two people I talked to on the phone were highly competent and had on-the-ground knowledge about how their operations work--unlike other moving companies where you speak to a trained receptionist. Darren and Omar, our movers, were super cool, efficient, and fast. Much quicker than expected. 5 stars!
The two guys were personable and hard working, and careful with all of our stuff. They unloaded our full 16' x 8' Pod very quick. Called several places before booking them and they were the best price. Highly recommend. Would use them again if needed.
Thanks for the review Gareth!
