Unfortunately they scratched our brand new hardwood floors and didn’t tell us about it. They also chipped the front porch steps. I also believe we were overcharged for what they did.
They knocked my mailbox when backing into the driveway—told me they didn’t, but after checking it later they clearly did. Two of the guys (Travis and Elias) were fairly hard working and kind and respectful, but the main guy (Will) was on his phone 99% of the time and took at least two, 30-minute bathroom breaks, leaving the others to do his work. He also stood over my shoulder making sure I left a good google review before he would leave. Incredibly overpriced.

We had a contract, come moving day they cancelled on us. We let them know we had cats, one mover had an asthma attack and had to leave, understandable and i hope he gets better, but the other movers lied about the condition of the house, …

Could have been much better. Some of their employees spent more time on phone than I would have liked. One employee was given specific instructions about my home and they were ignored. There was damage to the home.

We're extremely sorry that you did not have a positive experience while getting an estimate with us at Big Lick Moving. Based on your commentary it seems like we had not completed a full inventory hence not being able to see a cost estimate yet.

So impressed with Big Lick Moving! They made a difficult move much easier for our family. Don was awesome with planning and communicating prior to our move day, and the entire team day of were terrific. Very polite, considerate, flexible and efficient. Highly recommend!

The first part of our move went excellent. The guys showed up and prepped everything to be loaded and made sure all of our door frames and walls were protected. The second part of the move also went excellent. Cameron, Michael, Donnie, and Brandon took excellent care of everything getting into the house. Both moves all the guys were very friendly and it felt like friends helping you move. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for movers.
