In their own words
I used Lawrence for a full service move. All services were outsourced. Multiple pieces of furniture was broken in the move. Packers were careless and unprofessional; put items from multiple rooms into the same box, missed labeled boxes (textbooks labeled at nursery), muddy rainboots packed with white linens, used the restroom and didn’t flush, drank beverages from the pantry without asking first. At this point I will never recommend Lawrence. Will update the review if anything is remedied once I submit claims.

I was very disappointed with this group. At first we did a walk through for an estimate and I was impressed with service quality I was promised but when the actual day came to move our items none of the notes had been given to the actual movers so I had to go through it again with the movers. They store my items while we had new carpet put down and when they brought the items back dispute being told to but paper or plastic down they did not and left MUD on our brand new carpet and then refused to make it right.

Absolutely the worst movers ever. Sales person promises the world to sell the job, and the totally untrained, unsupported men in the field literally destroy furniture through ignorance and negligence. Warning! Liars and butchers are not to be trusted with anything you hold dear in your home. Call anyone else but Lawrence, let my mistake guide you to another mover!

Moved out of state. They made the whole process simple and a breeze! They called ahead ahead to understand the situation, keep you informed of the process the entire time, upon delivery it only took them an hour to unload everything, nothing was broken, and a after a quick signature they were done!

Lawrence did a wonderful job with our local move- I could not have asked for a better crew. Dewey and his team showed up 15 minutes earlier and finished earlier than anticipated. Dewey, Eric, and Francisco were all professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They never stopped working!
