Horrible service and stuff was missing a lot of stuff went on the truck and never came off.sad part was we we kind offered food and drinks while they were working and charge us a lot more than what they said.will never use them again..they can’t there word one person doesn’t know what the other person doing no communication with anyone. This is the reason why we are leaving this city and state to many companies out there to take advantage of people and their disabilities. I thought va was better than that.

Earlier this month I had reviewed a move from VA to CA. There was damage, mostly light but some severe. In my error, I did not properly follow the insurance instructions prior to attempting to cure the damage. That was my responsibility. Varsity managent was quick to seek resolution after my original review, feeling though that the damage was not excessive. One's own things, I assume, are more important to the owner than others viewing them.
Thank you for your updated review and feedback. We apologize once again that your move was not perfect, as is our goal and standard. As stated via email yesterday, we will get your claim settlement check in the mail today.
If I could give zero stars I would. Movers were half an hour late, couldn't keep from pulling their pants up the entire time, one even said, "Oops, I almost dropped that". Not very reassuring to someone who has paid for their assistance. We will not be using them again.

They put out advertisements at 125 an hour. Then they want pictures so they can estimate time which they never talk about. Once they done this their hourly rate went up to 165. What should be a two person team less than 2 hours they have …
Thank you for your feedback. We make every effort to provide accurate, but conservative, estimates so that our customers are not surprised with unexpected charges at the end of the move. This is especially true when we have not seen the items we will be moving in person.

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. The people are so nice and informative. Misty and Shauna in the office were extremely nice and helpful. They made this experience easy. The moving van arrived exactly when they told me it would. The two men in the truck, Zack and Elijah, were two of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. They worked steady to get the load out of my basement into their van.

The 4 man crew got to our previous house at 8AM, right on time, did a quick walk through and went to work. At the new house they again did a walk through and then went to work. They finished the move early. The young men were personable and seemed trustworthy and offered to move the furniture a few times if necessary to different spots for us..
