I have rented a unit at this facility for some time. Recently, the current staff began threatening to cut my lock and add extra fees before the legal deadline, despite my intent to pay the past-due balance on time. Under the Virginia Self-Service Storage Act, these pre-deadline fees are not required, and I have documented my communication. While previous staff were professional and cooperative, the current employee’s aggressive approach felt unnecessary and stressful.

I rented a unit with this company because I was losing my home, I needed access to my belongings when it was convenient for me, because I do a lot of travel with my job, and work long hours. I received a message stating that I would not longer be able to access my belongings when it was a good time for me, but when this company thinks it's a good time for the company. The manager told me to my face that only a select few would have access.

I like the one that works in. I needed a spot for my camper, called Rent a Space and was quickly set up w a spot. On arriving a week or so later, my spot was available and easily accessible. I was thrilled with the efficiency and professionalism. Hopefully another spot will be available when I next need storage!

They have a special going right now for first month free (but you still have to pay for the insurance and other start-up fees) AND the monthly rate will be less than half of what I was paying at a different Public Storage facility. I've got some work to do moving all my stuff but it'll be worth it due to the savings.

Easy to rent a unit, easy access. No issues during our time using the storage. The facility is dated, but was fine for our needs. Easy to cancel when we no longer needed the space. Convenient location for us.
