EDIT: The response from the business below to address this issue was just for show. Lies on lies. Two emails were sent, and they never answered either. They also did not respond to any calls regarding move out procedures. Incredibly unprofessional. Increased rate by 17% out of nowhere. Never received a notification. Been here two years paying the contract amount, and suddenly, the rate jumps by $45.

Was quoted one price by Rick and then charged a higher price for the time we were there. Got tired of calling and emailing trying to chase our money down that we were owed. Would not recommend. Moved to Varsity and much happier!

I had a storage unit at Rent A Space for a while. The price was reasonable. The units do not have climate control. The reason I’m giving them two stars is because of management. The woman who works there is very friendly and works well with the customers. However, her husband was very rude and disrespectful one night. I was unaware that the units closed at a specific time. When I showed up to enter my code, he yelled at me and appeared intoxicated.

I had such a great experience getting my storage unit! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and attentive he was, he made sure we felt completely comfortable and safe moving forward with our decision. It was also very reassuring to know that he lives in the administrative building, so there’s someone on-site making sure everything stays safe 24/7. That level of customer service really meant a lot.

Third time over 10 years I have rented here- and that’s because the place is convenient, clean but most of all the manager Rick is very helpful and accommodating! Lots of storage facilities are popping up but I will absolutely keep coming to Rent-A-Space!
