BEWARE!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I’ve never experienced such a traumatic issue with a company before in my life. The morning of the move my dog had an emergency I had to run her to the vet. I told my husband I placed my jewelry box of necklaces ($40k) in between the mattress and boxspring so please grab before the movers get there if I’m not back before they arrive. Yes, I know this was not the smartest decision….lesson learned entirely.

If I could give Big Man’s Moving zero stars, I would. We trusted this company with everything we own. We worked hard for our home, our furniture, our family photos, and our belongings. We hired professionals because we expected our property to be handled with care—not packed and treated like it was disposable. What we unpacked was heartbreaking. We found damaged belongings, ruined family photographs, missing items, and groceries that had to be thrown away because they were packed so carelessly.

Big man’s moving company ,is The best company that I know.everything is efficient quality work ,helpful helper’s and they are always on time there is no place better than big man’s moving company you all are the best.
I was very apprehensive about hiring movers- would they move slow to pad the bill? Would they be gentle on my furniture? The crew Big Man sent- Gene, T and DeAntre- were amazing!!! They were the epitome of team work and efficiency and very careful with our belongings. I can’t believe I am saying this, but they actually made our move fun and I wish they could have come back the next day to keep our spirits up as we unpacked! Thanks so much!
