I have done several military moves and this was by far my worst one. I have moved from Japan to North Carolina and didn’t have a single item broken or missing. This recent move that I did from North Carolina to Delaware, I ended up with multiple pieces of broken furniture. My boxes were mislabeled. I Had boxes that were labeled as shoes, but ended up being toys and other miscellaneous items. I will be honest and say that my items were packed up onto the truck nicely.

Nate and Amber came over last Friday to help with a HHG move, and from start to finish were the most wonderful, professional, and efficient moving crew I’ve ever experienced! They packed everything with care, giving me the confidence that my belongings will fare across my continents move. My furniture was wrapped and taped extra well to assure no dirt or damage and used specific fragile/glass warning boxes for my paintings and more fragile wall items.

I had an excellent experience with the unpacking crew on July 9, 2026 with my move from Okinawa Japan to Tampa Florida! When I called Stewart Moving, Mark answered the phone. He was very patient and helpful. Later Julie sent a very thorough text message explaining the time, etc. Two young men came with the delivery. They were very polite, organized, clean, and dressed nicely. By that I mean, I understand loading and unloading is not the cleanest job. However, I have had several deliveries and all the workers came dirty, smelly, they were loud and immature.
