In their own words
This company is terrible and their employees are rude! They neglected to tell me, the customer, that I have 30 days to deliver /after/ my arrival date. They also withheld my items from me in their custody until I presented. them with cash During the moving process per the contract they were suppose to put all my beds and furniture back together. The driver told me he was going to get his tools off the truck and never came back. I had to hire and pay someone else $400 to put all my furniture together.
We are sorry but you have the wrong moving company. We have no information or record of you move. We are local movers from St. Petersburg, Fl. We do not provide out of state moves and we also do not store furniture for any length of time. We are positive you’re reviewing the wrong business.
After moving my mother's belongings, one TV was broken. After three months, I'm giving up waiting for reimbursement. Have your stuff insured before you use R&M. I would have given them ONE star but they seemed nice, competent, and professional otherwise.
After a few sessions of phone tag and then blaming me for not answering my phone when they called, I still gave them a second chance thanks to Chris the professional. They took my deposit, did not call the day before to confirm the time they would be arriving as THEY Promised. When I called I was told it was my job to call them to to remind them of my move the next day.
Ms. Gibbs, I’m sorry you have the wrong company. We did not do your move. We do not take deposits on ANY moves and the above mentioned people do not work for us. You have the wrong company. Please remove this review. We are located in Seminole, Florida not Michigan. We are R & M Moving, Inc.
raised the price 3000.00 after loading furniture, was a week late with delivery, Damaged pieces. Could not care less about you or your property

Don't get fooled by their advertisement of affordable moving. Extremely unprofessional, slow and will cost you lot more than their estimates.

In their own words
Professional, friendly, and prompt. Roland and Mike moved my mother-in-law from near Ocala area to St Pete. They showed up at the expected time and quickly went to work. Both of them were careful and efficient. The initial estimated cost was on the mark so there were no surprises when all was said and done. They made this task easy. We would definitely use this company again for any moves in Florida. Thanks!
Thank you for choosing R & M Moving!
Mike and Ben were amazing! I’ve used this company a couple times now and always recommend them to others. With a stressful situation of having an ex husband in the house while moving, the guys made me feel safe and worked quickly. Great price, showed up on time, very friendly and polite. I will definitely use this company again and will request Mike and Ben.
Thanks so much! It was a pleasure to work with you.
I learned of R&M Moving through Rose Cottage Designs this cute little store, where I purchased furniture. The owner suggested calling them, and the two of them would work out the delivery process. The communication through delivery was easy. They were on time, they followed instructions, and the movers were friendly! I would recommend this company!
Thank you!!
Nick & Tyler were awesome. They went above and beyond to help me with my move from Tampa to St.Pete. To my surprise my house was not ready to be moved into due to i got robbed by my the person doing my repairs. I was told all the work had been completed but nothing was done. I was on the verge of having a nervous break down and Nick. & Tyler were so kind to me. They suggested to hold my stuff til the next day.
Thank you! We hope to work with you again in the future!
