I have never written a poor evaluation, but after much consideration and lack of empathy from the company, I will share my experience. Also, by writing this, I have to forfeit my $60 reimbursement check. I am a 100% disabled veteran and have moved multiple times. I know there can be damages but when almost every piece of furniture has been damaged, plus missing items, and the reimbursement only would cover the missing ironing board, it is very disheartening.

Terrible, just terrible! Rude!!! Three guys arrive wearing no masks as they entered. I asked the taller guy why he did not wear a mask and he told me that he has a great immune system and that he does not watch the news. They all came in and Tim removed a hand held vacuum bumping a corner and a wall. I did call Jeremy and got all kind of excuses why they could not wear a mask.

BEWARE!!! We saw their stand at a local home show in Tampa. We were comparing them with the Good Greek Movers. The Good Greek Movers came out to do an in person quote. Justin, with Swift Movers, said he could do this via video. Via video, I walked him throughout the house, opening closets, doors, and drawers. He later came back with a quote that was lower than Good Greek Movers. He said there would be little change to the price. Upon arrival, ands the need to move, we were told the price would be almost double.

I had high hopes... Things started out on the right foot and the pickup seemed okay with one exception. I have a large framed painting which I specifically ask how it would be handled. I was told that it would be blanketed and shrink wrapped. It was neither. Below are photos of how it arrived. There were other broken or damaged items like a glass top for a foyer table and the leather seat on a cane bank chair. Also, a broken ceramic mixing bowl.

I recently hired Swift Movers for my cross-country move, and I was very disappointed with the experience. A two-man crew spent about four hours packing my belongings, but the quality of their work was far below my expectations. Firstly, they used minimal packing materials, which left many items inadequately protected. For instance, a $300 coin set I crafted in a custom mahogany frame—a tribute to my late mother—was carelessly thrown into a box with expensive controllers.

The movers did somewhat of their job. The professionalism of the office staff needs work. I had to send a list of everything that needed to be moved. After the move was complete, I found out that the movers left 7-8 items at my old place. I had to drive 5 hours to pick up the items that were left. The office staff tried to make it my fault and didn't want to own the mistake. This will be my 1 and only time using this company. And I will let Caterpillar also know, not to let their personnel not to use this company.

This is by far the absolute WORST moving company I’ve ever used! The guys moved ridiculously slow, had zero work ethic, took tons of breaks, asked to charge their phone in my house and answered several phone calls and texts. They also made a stop to get drinks and stuff while in route to the 2nd location and at the end charged me for that break time on top of all the other times they were just standing around.

I waited a while to post this review (6+ months), but my experience with this team was the worst experience I've ever had with a moving company. I've used several different moving companies over the past 6 years I've lived in the Tampa Bay area and this was the first time I hired 3 movers instead of 2 for the job. The moving process, however, took longer than I previously experienced since the 3 men were seemingly less efficient than 2. I even helped them with moving boxes and furniture in and out of the truck.
