What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I needed a storage unit, went online and fill out the quick 5 min paperwork. I got a storage that day! Friendly and Fast service. I lost my keys to the lock and sure enough he rescued me and even ask if Id like there lock instead which i said Yes. I never had any problems I recommend anyone looking for a quick storage unit to go on the website and you wont regret it!
Thank you so much for the review! We're so happy you decided to rent with us!
New to town and needed to store my things for a move. I lucked out! Their facilities are clean, onsite cameras & an active security (faster than calling the police ), very responsive as well as reasonable pricing & they deal with you as a person not a wallet. Will use them if ever I need a unit in Sioux Falls.
Thank you for the review
I was looking for a place to store my car and belongings for a couple of months, and this place was the best option. They had excellent security and surveillance for my belongings, and Jason was incredibly helpful, always answering my questions. I highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again. Latinos in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas, I was looking for a storage unit to keep my belongings and car for a couple of months. This place was the best option.
Monserrat, thank you for renting with us! If you ever need a place again please reach out. We’re happy to have you!
Big Sioux Storage is AMAZING! I relocated to SD a few months back and arrived on a Sunday. I called a few of the nationwide storage unit companies but only got their voicemail. Then I called Big Sioux Storage, I was able to get a storage unit and pay for it over the phone and move my stuff into the unit all on the same day. He even came down there to show me my spot. On top of all that, the price is extremely affordable and the storage units are nice and new and and easily accessible.
Thanks Corbin for the incredible review!!
