Really enjoyed working with Popplers. They were easy to work with and communicated quickly via email and in person. Piano sales person was at a training when I came in but other staff was quick to help and able to contact their piano sales person with additional questions as needed. I purchased the digital piano and my daughter loves it. I would shop here again. Reasonable price as well.

Popplers Music in Sioux Falls, South Dakota has knowledgeable staff and a considerable selection of sheet music, band instruments, and the like. Visits are usually very quick as the team is ready to assist every customer in a prompt manner. They are very friendly as well. I highly recommend going through their leasing process or purchasing band and ensemble instruments with them!
I can’t say enough great things about Matt at Poppler’s Music. My daughter has been taking piano lessons for four years. She’s been using a keyboard for practicing at home, but it was time to upgrade to a real piano. Knowing nothing about pianos myself, I had no idea where to start. I tried looking things up online, but it was overwhelming. My daughter and I decided to stop in at Poppler’s Music when we were in Sioux Falls one day. We met Matt, and he showed us all the pianos that Poppler’s has to offer.
Popplers seems to have everything you would need for a music shop. I did feel like when I went in they didn't give me super clear answers to questions I had about a flute I was given. I think they did know the answers to questions I had but didn't make me feel confident in their answers, and didn't speak up unless I was asking questions. I wanted to see if it needed new pads and if it needed to be cleaned or if anything else needed to be done for it to be ready for her.
