Bingo Moving 107 Trumbull Street Elizabeth NJ 07206 US DOT: 3157393 MC: 108747 I completed a request for a quote online. Received a call from Scott, booked the move for the following day. That same night I received a call from the manager Alex who stated that he couldn’t move me because the price that I was quoted was wrong. I practically begged him to move me and he said no he will refund the money. I even sent a text to him pleading with him (no response).
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED - THEY WILL LOW-BALL YOU AND THEN HIT YOU HARD WITH CHARGES LATER. I hardly post reviews, but this is worth warning future customers about. I was told by David that the cost of my move would be $490, +/- $50. I was told that Bingo was going to be a company that didn't low-ball the price and then hit me with charges after the job was finished. David was very nice with me on the phone and I was excited for at first to use this moving company.
Extremely unprofessional and dishonest people. I would have given them negative stars if that was possible. They provided me a quote of $500 at the time of booking their services for packing and moving the furnitures and 2 boxes of breakables. I was told the quote included packing material and then moving all the stuff and placing everything at the new location. They turned up on the day of the move with 3 men who were extremely slow with their job.
I hired this company to move me in June, omg they never showed. First the driver text and said he had no driver. Shortly after I received a text from him saying I can come and move the stuff now. This text wasn’t intended for me, what happen he cancel me to move someone else. So they rescheduled me for the next day. The next day, they called and canceled again. All these reviews are fake, my experience with them is horrible. They don’t care, they are un-professional. They play games. Do not hire them.
I’m the owner of a long distance moving company. We did job deliveries for them. The owner blocked our numbers and refused to pay us for a San Diego trip. Everyone out there doing a job for them. Be careful this guy does not pay.
Untrustworthy, irresponsible, unprofessional movers. By all means do not move with this group. 95% of the five star reviews are purchased - all comments stem from Indian based accounts. …
Worst customer service. No regards to time and appointment. It takes hours to contact help desk and people are very rude.

This is the third move where we have used Bingo moving and storage. The packers arrived on time and were professional and efficient. All our items arrived in perfect condition. We will definitely use them again. A special thanks to Glenn who led this team.
The BINGO team is awesome! My wife and I had a move scheduled and unfortunately another company bailed on us. We were really left in a bad spot. We only had 36 hours until the move I spoke with Dave from Bingo and he immediately told me to be calm and that they would make it happen. The day of the move came and BINGO was there early and got the job done. The movers were very professional and did a great job with my furniture. I would always recommend Bingo. These guys saved our behinds. Thank You BINGO
These young men were just what we needed! Friends highly recommended Bingo moving and storage, and we weren't disappointed. They arrived early and, except for water breaks, never quit until the last box was out of the truck. The price was very reasonable. Thank you fellas for a job well done.
I have used these guys for the last 2 years about three times and have always had a great experience with no problems and would highly recommend them. I have used other companies in the past and they would break my furniture and over charge. I give them 5 stars. Thanks Tim
