⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) If I could give negative stars, I would. We hired Good Friends Moving Company to handle our move from Pennsylvania to Texas. What we were not clearly told was that they would simply broker the move to another company. Our belongings were picked up by US Prime Movers, and the crew that ultimately delivered our shipment wasn’t even the same company that picked it up.
This was the worst move I ever had. Upon pick up truck didn't arrive until almost 530pm, then guy wanted me to do his job of writing everything down on inventory list. They didn't have straps in truck so when done loading they went to homedepot to get some. Went to storage 30 days , gave new address for storage in ohio ,told them needed a day notice because I had to meet them there to let them in facility but calked me at 5pm to say delivery would be at 9pm!

"If it was important to you, you should have kept it in the car with you." That's what they told us when one of our boxes went missing - that it was our fault for trusting them to do the job we were paying them to do. Well, first they tried to ghost us, then they yelled at us for accusing them of stealing (which we weren't doing, we were just asking if something had happened to that box), *then* they told us that it was our fault that they had lost our box.

Terrible experience from this company. Customer service was almost non existent. It took over 6 weeks to complete a move from California to Illinois after I was quoted 2 weeks. My items were picked up and stored at some undisclosed location for a month and then picked up again and moved to my location. This was not disclosed to me as every other move I’ve done someone has picked up my items and driven them directly to my location.
This is one of the worse moving companies ever!! I’m here to tell you people to never use US prime movers. When they set a day to pick up they will do a good job about that but once they have you stuff good looks on getting it in a timely matter cause it took us almost two months to get out stuff and when we did there was stuff that was broken and missing then after we did get it we got a call from someone in Florida that had part of our furniture and it was delivered to her and if she hadn’t been nice enough to…

They were supposed to bring my stuff today. But they want an additional of 570$ for shuttle. They reached out yesterday and asked if the apartment complex can accommodate parking for a 18 wheeler gigantic trailer. If not I will have to pay for the shuttle or else I should come to their address and pick my stuff. This is what we are getting trusting USPRIME MOVERS. I trusted. You don't. Worst moving experience ever!!! Avoided at any cost 40 boxes of tools we’re lost in the transportation, antique iron benches, were busted, not even wrapped. The first mover blended on the second mover. After nearly a year of chasing this claim, with plenty of documentation and pictures, I was offered $79, as a final settlement. Do yourself a favor, find a different mover.
