The experience with Black Tie was a complete nightmare. I went with this company due to its high reviews, but should have rented a UHaul instead. One guy that helped move our stuff was so involved in yelling and cussing out someone on the phone that he destroyed our bed putting it together. And didn't even say anything, I guess he wanted it to be a surprise for us. A huge chunk of wood missing and then didn't put some of the bolts in right, so broke all of them.

Steer clear of this company if you would like a complete and professional move. I worked side-by-side with the movers and packed 550 books. I am a teacher and had a classroom to pack. I had no idea they would miss a majority of my home and leave dozens of boxes unlabeled. I created a schematic with numbers so they knew which room to leave boxes in the new home 6 mins away. This was done in vain as they laid unmarked boxes wherever there was room. The owner sent unprofessional text commentary back and forth.

This company in Huntsville destroyed valuable furniture were not professional. Broke chair legs and destroyed the leather on the Theater furniture abd have not responded to repeated attempts resolve the issues.to contact I am the sister and representative for my older brother and wife.Company offered substandard Repair amounts. Suspicious behavior, was given a ridiculous quote for a move. Employee couldn't answer typical questions or expound on how they came up with the quote given. Judging from the other 1 star reviews, they'll most likely respond with a doddery response. I understand businesses aren't the best at times but that experience was just too wild.
I’m not seeing an S. Amazing anywhere in our system so it’s hard for me to understand this review. I am the owner and do about 95% of the quotes so I would love to hear more about this experience.
Friendly owner, polite crew, great foreman. Really enjoyed getting to know the guys. However, it felt like Bryant (owner) cut corners on either allotting enough material, training, time, or pay to the guys... sauce bottle on top of letters, waste bin used as a moving box, etc.

Top notch! The 3 man team that moved us were professional, hardworking and respectful. Each item was well cared for and safely packaged. I feel the price was a great value! I will use again. Also the truck moving truck was top of line. That’s the only picture I took.

I had a local move, my movers were DJ, Ray J and Mason. When they arrived, they were smiling, upbeat and ready to work. I found them to be the sweetest young men. They went right to work, I could tell that they enjoyed working with each other which really makes a difference in their ability to know what the other one is thinking and keeping one step ahead on their minds as to what is next. Their flow was on point!

I could not be happier with Black Tie Moving's Huntsville Office! Jay, Joshua, Sledge and Mitch were friendly, professional and went above and beyond to complete our move. They are very careful with your items, most furniture pieces were wrapped in a moving blanket and securely taped. They placed our pieces where we wanted them and made our first night in our new house so easy! I am 75% unpacked and not a single broken item or mishap.
