Corey, Max, Rayshawn, and Cameron moved us today. Professional and respectful. I would recommend the movers being a little more careful with the items they are moving as these things have significant meaning to others. Many items were dropped and dragged causing damage to items packaged and to property (new home, new floors, etc). I would recommend not leaving empty drink cans (trash) in the customers yard - especially when the customer provided those to you.
If I could give it no stars I would. These were the most unprofessional movers I have ever encountered. They were late, they took 3hrs and 20 mins to do a 2hr job, brought a 16ft truck when I told them they would need a 20 ft truck so they …

As an Army family we have moved over 36 times. We selected this company because they advertised as Veteran owned and upon our conversation, they talked a good game. The morning of our move, they called and told us they were an hour late. We were understanding. They arrived and appeared unsure of where to start. We gave them a tour. The first few hours went fine, we provided a very nice lunch for them. After lunch they moved extremely slow. I had to remind them several times of items to put on the truck.
I would give less than one star if I could. I set up movers for this morning last week. I set this up to help my daughter and granddaughter move as I am out of town. Erika spoke with the guy several days ago at Moving Hearts and set up for the movers to be there at 8:30 this morning. When she called this morning about where they were and to explain an issue with the Uhaul. Nobody had put them on the schedule. Again, the appointment had already been set up. We have the texts about it.
Saved $1000 with comparable movers but sustained $3000 in damage of various items! The workers were polite throughout the move, however gave nothing but excuses once I confronted them about the vast damage. Told me someone would be in touch to fix things - never heard a word. I have moved over 10 times in my life and Moving Hearts is the least professional I have experienced. Do not recommend.

Never showed up at our house the day we scheduled. Never answered calls attempting to contact to inquire status. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. One star implies at least some level of service.

Had such a great experience with Moving Hearts Moving company! They were fast, friendly, professional, and communicated well throughout the entire process. They were also very patient and understanding while I had to finish some last-minute paperwork at my apartment leasing office and just through the entire process of how stressful moving can be. So appreciative of Cameron and Rondel! Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend!
Let me start off by saying this, this the best moving company in Alabama. They moved my whole family items with no trouble. They showed up early, they conducted themselves in a very professional matter, they gave a great estimate, with no hidden fee. If i ever decide to move again, hands down I will be using "Moving Hearts". Oh yeah, I think I forgot to say it was a long distance move. I will give them 100 stars if it was possible to rate that.

They kept in touch with the whole time. We got got them to move my father from Tennessee to Florida and they did a fantastic job. Everything was wrapped and packed very well. Nothing broken and they set everything up where we wanted it. They were great.

The moving service you provided was excellent. Your 3 working associates ( JT, Dom and Domo) that moved my belongings to the Extra Space Storage site on Jeff Rd worked quickly and efficiently. They also took the fasted route to the storage site, which avoided having to deal with possible heavy traffic areas. When I request your service to move my belongings from the storage site, please again send JT, Dom and Domo to accomplish that objective. When I arrived at the storage site I had an access entry problem.
